Need some PCT help quick

So my computer crashed and my hard drive was fried. Bad thing is I had all my cycle and PCT stuff typed up on it and now Im not sure how to dose my torem. Im comming off an epi cycle 20/30/30/40. How is the dosing for torem. I cant remember at all and theres like 4 different ways ive found searching so im not sure.
