Well whats your gear dosed at? It would be a pretty good cycle, but what's your cycle history?

Close friends cycle.
6' 255lbs. Former Mr. State heavy. (left out states name)
Lots background.
3 Mos for sure.
I told him run Winny on back end for leaner effect.
Maybe pull water out as well.
Wondering others thoughts.
