Recreate and Anabolic Pump Stack

Well, I am going to start a stack of Recreat and Anabolic pump...just wondering if anyone has done this and how the results are? I will be using my typical multivitamin along with BCAAs.

So, any thoughts?
 
Should be a great stack. I will be starting it once i am done with my neovar/RPM log. I will be doing Recreate/AP/Poseidon/Intrabolic. No need for anything else in my opinion :cool:
 
yeah i wanted to keep it clean so i can see if it gives results. So i figured doing AP/Recreate would be clean and basic. And I just ordered the Bulk BCAA from nutraplanet so here soon enough.
 
I'm also doing an AP / Recreate stack , along with p-slin x factor and maybe some powerfull
i'll be starting a log in a few days
 
I'll also be doing an AP/recreate stack, will also be trying out ragnarok and I wish napalm wasn't out of stock or i'd be trying that too. Looks like I'll be going on a cut, without having consciously deciding to do so, lol.
 
yeah i need the cut...the winter tacked on some weight...but I am hoping AP will give me the consistency of keeping my muscle while recreate cuts the fat....
 
Ill be doing Recreate with AP soon too. I think adding some basics like fish oil, green tea, BCAA, multi vits, sesamin oil to the mix would really help optimize the fat loss potential. Not only that, I think if recreate isnt as strong as some people say it is (in terms of fat burning) I would possibly add an additional drive cap (2-3 capsules) to the mix to further enhance the fat burning effects. Im a big fan of forskolin ever since drive, Just the addition of high dosages of forskolin, (if you can stomach 9 caps of drive) has a pretty pronounced and surprising effect on fat loss even while on a bulk. Muscle hardness, recomposition all things that I expect from forskolin and with the addition of AP and Recreate, the fat burning potential (with the addition of a little bit of drive/bulk forskolin) could really make it a potential killer fat burning stack.

AP for the effects of garbage loading on the muscles with carbs proteins and fats,

Recreate for a different pathways of fat burning, and forskolin for the additional recomposition and hardness effect will probably tear apart fat. Im excited now. :)

2 bottles of recreate, 2 bottles of AP, 2 bottles of P-Slin and 4 bottles of drive. Sounds like a good run :)

If you've got your diet and training in check, then this should be an amazing stack for leanness. Rock on!

I have been on this for 2 weeks and have gone from 237 to 225 with a much different looking mid section and much increased vascularity. Have been doing just 15 minutes of cardio 3 or 4 times a week...I love this ****.

when did you start to see weight loss. i have been on it nine days and no weight loss really at all.

Took me just a few days but I'm pretty good with the diet details and have literally had one cheat meal last friday (lo mein and cashew chicken) plus a slice of wedding cake this saturday night. AP is great at keeping me feeling full. The gf asked me "what the hell" I was doing that was changing my midsection like that lol

One AP and one Recreate and then Preworkout is a cup of oatmeal. Postworkout is a protein shake and then one AP and then brown rice with chicken, red meat, or the other white meat. Not cheating or anything. Carb intake is usually around 200 - 300 now a day.

And I can't help it...with dinner I am STARVING.

typically 7 AM cup of coffee (20 oz)
8 AM 2 Recreate
8:15 am 1 AP
8:30 am ( 1 - 2 cups cereal, no milk)

11:30 AM
Salad (chicken olives lettuce on wheat bread) or a sandwich (meat and cheese lol) on wheat with celery and carrots

5:00 1 recreat
5:15 one AP
5:30 one cup oatmeal

6:15 gym

8:00 1 AP
8:15 cup brown rice and some kind of meat and sometimes vegetables as well
 
gotcha, i usually try and eat about a pound to two pounds of meat at night ....... and i should prob throw an egg or something in with bf or maybe another protein shake?
 
skip the cereal and eat like egg white and eggs in the morning with oatmeal if you want. cereals are full of simple carb, not good in a diet, even if you are on AP

thanks, definitely gonna change it up now to egg white and oatmeal in the AM

or maybe you can mix half and half if you find that youre feeling full when taking cereal in the morning, but could be healtier to eat a banana instead of the cereals. with your oatmeal cul before gym, add some protein like a shake, it would be good. also add a postworkout shake consiting of around 40g proteins and some carb like a banana. its just my .02$ so take what you want and leave teh rest behind
 
Judging labels alone, Recreate plus AP should be a killer combo!

True but once you twist the cap and swallow the capsule the end results are mind blowing that labels start looking PicassoISH and to be sold at art shows acorss the world.
 
my biggest concern is i am up about 4ish pounds in ten days. I figured I would be losign weight, not gaining lol. but I don't see any bad signs of fat gain, at least I hope not

You need to look for a reasonable fat loss diet. You are not on one at all right now...

you got me then. I am supposed to take in carbs with AP correct? and I am eating mainly good carbs, so what kind of diet can you go on for weight loss while on this?
