So here we go, how is it. i just started 3 days ago

Havoc -
10mg first day then 20/30/30/40

I'm on my third day and now i know what ppl are talking when they say back pumps.

Good luck...many people have such great gains from havoc that I'm sure you will too (if training and nutrition is intact ;) )
 
macros of training:
monday- chest and back, heavy mostly 6-8 reps,
tues shoulders and arms, heavy, 6-8 reps
weds legs - heavy 6-8
thurs chest and back, defining exercises at 10-12
fri - shoulders and arms, same style
sat - legs, same style
sun-off

abs and cardio EOD

diet is clean
 
i was thinking on running a workout routine like yours doing my bodyparts 2x a week while on havoc...lets see how thats goes for you...u should measure you arms so you have a before and after for this cycle, i would like to know the numbers for how many inchs u put on.

Looks good. One thing that has helped me in the past with back pumps is Potassium and Magnesium. You can pick both up for cheap at your local supermarket.

Very good point. Potassium and magnesium are also important to supplement in control of muscle cramping/pumps. When your potassium is low, so is your magnesium. They should always be addressed together.
