ReCreate Dosage & Hunger Supression

The hunger supression component of ReCreate kicked in yesterday after 6 days of supplementation.

Yes, it works alright - maybe a little too well - Im concerned about not being able to eat ENOUGH.

Is there any link between dosage (Current 2 x AM, 1 x PM) and appetite suppression?

It's a bit funny, because usually I have a voracious hunger that's kept in check with a clean diet.

Any help from the gurus appreciated.

To help I take 1st dose after breakfast and the second dose after another meal instead of before and sometimes even skip a day if I need to eat to recover.

I believe I was explaining this to you in another thread, but now your body is becoming accustomed to a higher metabolic rate. In the first 6 days, the increased metabolism was causing your body to signal the need for more food. This was counteracting the effects of suppressed appetite. Now that your body is acclimated, the hypothalamatic ATP release is enough to convince your body you're full.

The ATP release also allows concentration while dieting. I think a major reason diets fail is the lack of cerebral ATP. A big reason that you feel "good" with recreate especially with the combination of increased cyclic AMP....such a sexy effect of recreate almost as sexy as mullet.

Well, I don't know about 'quite' that sexy.

:)

thanks for the feedback - will adjust dosage timing and see how it runs
Got the AP-PSlin-RC stack going on - will be bringing back PF in 8 days - USPLabs-lean/strength-stack

I've been on AP for 2 months, pslin 1 month, and Recreate for a week and a half. The appetite suppression is really weird for me. My stomach feels full except after taking AP of PSlin, but my body feels like it is starving. It is really hard to explain. My body feels the same as when I haven't eaten for a couple of meals, except I have energy, at least when on the days I have eaten enough. I can tell the days that I don't eat enough, because I'll get momentarily dizzy, light headed, and and a lasting lack of energy.

i weigh 260lbs and 2 pills caused an immediate appetite suppression. it is hard for me to eat sometime while taking RC...

this is good because i have overeaten for years now, RC should help me shed the lbs i need to for this summer....

In terms of appetite suppression, Recreate should also shine with testosterone boosters. Elevated testosterone levels are known to stimulate appetite significantly. So, if one is on a dedicated testosterone-boosting supplement, and does not want to enter an eating frenzy, Recreate should help modulate appetite, while providing other beneficial effects.

PowerFull and Recreate timed pre workout is a great combo for fat loss, muscle preservation, stamina, concentration, and endurance.

Hi there, I've been on recreate for a week now and to be honest the hunger suppression hasn't been that great for me. I take two tabs in the am and two at about 3 in the afternoon. Is my body still adjusting? I do a LOT of martial arts training as well as traditional weights, currently do about 11 training sessions a week, perhaps this is too much even for recreate to suppress the hunger? I'm a bit bummed if that's the case as that was one of the reasons I've gone for it, as well as an alternative to LR...

Sometimes it takes a few weeks to "realize" the suppression.

Cool. I'm only a week in, and I have another bottle to start once the first one is done, so hopefully it should kick in soon. The thermogenic side of recreate is off the chain!!!

i sometimes end up eating before taking my first dose, but either way, it definitely suppresses my hunger. i have a little snack here and there, even if i don't feel hungry. it usually consists of salad greens or a protein shake. i rarely ever feel hungry, though. this claim from the product is definitely true.

Suppression kicked in right away for me as well, almost too well, as I had to lower the dosage to be able to eat! I wa eating 1,000 cals and couldn't put another drop of water in me, thats how full I was!

I'm in to my 3rd week, stacking with Activate and some other goodies, and my appetite has been increased the last 3-4 days! I carb up on the weekends anyway, but it has been tough.

for those of you who take after eating, how long do you wait, an hour?

also, so pfull and rc is a good combo?

I usually wait an hour but if it is a shake only 45 min

Powerfull and Recreate is an awesome combo. I am running both of them plus AP and Pslin and loving it, dieting couldn't be easier

PowerFULL and Recreate are amazing for fat loss and muscle preservation..

Why because the increase in HGH liberates fat so its just another mechanism to fat loss and not to mention it lowers prolactin.

Absolutely amazing combination. With both of those products, you are highly regulating muscle gain (anabolism), muscle preservation (anti-catabolism), and anti-lipogenic (fat loss) pathways through several synergistic compounds. GH, glucocorticoid, andrengeric, steroid and dopaminergic receptor sites are all being agonized with the combination of those two products, leading to a hormonal milieux ripe for lipolysis. Add to that the direct stimulation of ATP, cAMP, and the positive nitrogen balance and protein transcription capabilities of Stigmasterol, and you have a potent combination of anti-lipogenic and myotropic compounds which are incredibly useful in a caloric-deficit environment!

Recreate/AP is by far and away my most favorite fat burning stack. This is my newest run:

AM: 1 PSlin, 2 Recreate

Pre Workout: 2 Powerfull, 1 AP, 2 Recreate

Post Workout: 1 PSLin, 1 Super Cissus

Before Bed: 1 AP, 2 Super Cissus, 2 Powerfull

Crazy results.....
