by how long should you separate the dosage for a PH and Cycle Support

I heard that you shouldn't take them close together because the CS may have an impact on the effectiveness of a PH (it may have done so for me already with my M-drol cycle). So how long should you separate them ?

I took my Cycle Support when I woke up then by the time I finished breakfast and get ready for the gym enough time has past. I usually took the Cycle Support 2nd dose before bed that worked well for me:cheers:

so you're saying like an hour ?

take the m-drol when you get up on an empty stomach I try to get mine atleast about a half hour before I eat breakfast or an hour if its a heavy meal. Take the cycle support later in the day when its convenient for you.

Yes I would say a hour or so Ilike to dose the PH before workout so that is why I do the CS when I wake up:cheers:
