how much bronkaid and caffiene should i take a day
and will this be more effective than lipo 6 or hydroxycut hardcore...???
 
i could go to sleep using hydroxycut.


you will def notice a temperature change with ECA though.

I've never tried lipo 6 or hydroxycut, but for me ECA provides a moderate energy boost and a huge appetite suppressant.
 
25mg E, 200mg C, 80mg A

You could take that up to three times a day, but I wouldn't do anymore than twice.
 
I dig using ECG (Ephedrine/Caffeine/Geranium) in 2 week cycles. I build a tolerance rather quickly. Reset AD is extremely useful if you're a stim junkie. I've recently just been alternating between stim and intensity products. e.g. ECG v. Icariin
