Diet will play a role mainly carb intake... but when i ran SD i gained like 15lbs, but I lost 5-6lbs during the first week of PCT and could tell it was mainly glycogen and a lil water b/c i just deflated
Strength and endurance dropped like a rock as well
With havoc or epi i pretty much maintain the same weight throughout PCT, and strength doesn't fall off like it did with SD
When it's all said and done you'll stick make alot bigger gains on SD... but i personally hate watchin myself deflate after lookin all swole for a few weeks... with the milder compounds you don't get the explosive gains, but you get steady gains that are easy to maintain
