dose nolva for a few days at 20mg...that has worked for me.
 
Really? I heard that Nolva during cycle can inhibit gains. And I've heard about form runs being pretty successful on cycle. What compound did you use it during?

It won't hinder them enough to matter you would rather have less gains than gyno. I would personally start running form throughout cycle.
 
I've never used form before...

but this is why people suggest having a serm on hand while on cycle...incase you need to destroy your gyno flair up!

I had this happen when I was on halodrol...of all things!

yeah, it was the original from gaspari and I was running it at 50/50/100/100 and at during the 3rd week it happened.

is form banned?
 
You know what, I think they're having a ton of trouble getting it from china right now, it's really hard to get ahold of as of now.
 
Been looking at cycle support by anabolic innovations, and in the ingredient profile it lists red yeast rice. I've heard this is taxing on the liver, anyone have any input?

Do not buy the RYR version. Get the RYR FREE version. Yes, it IS bad for the liver. My dad took it for a few months and his liver values took a nose dive. Now he is on milk thistle at 2000mg everyday. He gets bloodwork done every 2 weeks due to various issues. He's never done any drug in his life, drinks maybe 2 beers once a month, and doesn't smoke cigs. He's always been an active hard working dude, so i'm 100% sure the poor bloodwork results were due the the RYR. Look on any bottle of the stuff and it says "do not use this if you have liver disease or any other liver problems." For cholesterol, get yourself policosanol and dose 20mg bid (twice daily) and take fish oil 6-10g daily. Oh, and i'm subbed btw, lol.

Yeah, started the b6 a couple days ago, and nope, no lactation. I think it might be estro related.

DO NOT listen to the dude who said to dose olva at 20mg because your nips are puffy. Puffy nips can be cause by ANY hormone flux. Do not take any action unless they become itchy/very sensitive/painful. Whatever you do, don't start nolva! LMAO. You don't want to complicate thingd bro. Wait a few days and if you feel pain, itchinessall day, etc, then start the formestane. If after a few days that doesn't help, then dose the b6 at 600mg daily. Id get p-5-p though to not have to worry about the toxicity issues of b6. 50mg p-5-p = 250mg b6.

Yeah, got p5p here, been using 250mg b6 per day just in case. I'll wait to start the form then. What would ya dose it at?

Yeah that should be a good place to start. adjust accordingly. That should be good. And like bassgod said just because its itchy doesn't mean it is gyno. Form should settle it down though. It is a great addition to any cycle.

Oh, also, I've got a sore throat on the right side. I've been superdosing vitamin c on cycle so far. I'll continue doing that, and if I get a cold, I figure I'll just push through it. I'm not going to spend this much time, energy, and money investing in a cycle and have it cut short by a cold. Fck that. I'll just man up and push through if it amounts to anything:D

Yep, hman's correct. Start at 40mg daily and see what happens. ONLY do this if there is itchiness though. Don't just start it due to puffiness. Colds are for puss*s and I know you're not one of those, so you'll be fine and love the rest of your cycle. You listen to Hatebreed, so I know you're hardcore like that. They'll give you the strength to fight harder! For the throat, kick up your antioxidants a notch. Start drinking a few glasses of cranberry or pomegranite juice and green tea throughout the day. You're also taking a multi, right? If not, then get one of those too. I take a multi and b-complex year round and never get sick. I'm sure that working in the pharmacy has built up my immune system quite nicely also :) Keep up the hard work bro, you're cycle is going to be AWESOME! :clean:

Slept great last night with no antihistamines. Feel fine this morning, weight is 193.0.
 
I'm not really sure, I don't see why it would be detrimental to take it on and PCT.

Chest and tri session comin up in about an hour. I'm definately feeling lethargy on phera, probably more than I ever did on SD. Sounds wierd, but I was plenty energetic on SD but on phera I feel like I just wanna sit back and do nothing all the time.

You take it whenever your prolactin levels are high. This can be on cycle or during PCT. OR in Superdrol's case, AFTER PCT. Users have reported a discharge coming from their nips while ON phera and SD, so to combat this (high prolactin levels) they use p-5-p to control it ,and get rid of the problem. Yes, this is a good idea to continue to use through PCT, but it should also be used on cycle if any problems arise. L-Dopa can also be used to lower prolactin levels. Just an FYI.

So heading out to my session right now, but I don't believe I'll be back to a computer until later tonight. I've got a back pump attempting to rape me at this point, and I'm out of taurine, and there is no way in hell I'm gonna go crack myself out on an energy drink so I'll just deal with it, and go bust my @$$ at the gym. Here we go boys!
 
Just an update, at a friends right now. Gym was closed so I didnt get a workout today. That's what happens when you live in a small town in the middle of nowhere and the gym owners have no ethics whatsoever. I'll do my best to get a workout in tomorrow after work. Anyways, not much else to report tonight. Back pump still there, but has reduced since earlier. Had a mixed drink, but not too much. I know no drinking on cycle, but hey, gotta have a rum and coke, friend just got back from jamaica on a cruise, and had to at least try the rum. Good stuff, I think I'll get a bottle for later off cycle. Other than that, mood is great, libido is still normal, no shedding, no apparent sides thus far besides the back pumps and oily skin.
 
Quick update:

On break at work. Weight this morning was 193.6. Back pumps still there, but not bad today. Mood yesterday and today is a little up and down, but I expect it post breakup. Skin still oily, still feeling pumped throughout the day. Vascularity is definately up. Filling out my shirt much better lately:thumbsup:
 
Gym is still closed today. Good lord I hate living in a small town. Everything is the same as usual today, mood is constant, no shedding, no libido problems, still constant in everything. Very busy day today, trying to get things done before another work week. Introducing Trena into the mix starting tomorrow, but I think I'm going to start the dosing at 75mg since it's such a mild compound.
 
Yeah, I'll get bloodwork done one month after the last day of PCT. Just gotta jump through hoops for insurance. I'll see if I can manipulate words to get a full hormonal panel.
 
Dopamine decreases prolactin but the problem with L-Dopa is it doesn't do anything in standard form. L-Dopa's good in some prescription forms but in standard extract form out of pruriens it can't cross the blood brain barrier so it's useless. I like Powerfull because the Puresap ingredient is the one that actually causes a surge in HGH/IGF. They guys who make a popular l-dopa supplement actually admitted this when they were asked why they used L-Dopa by PA. Also IF the issues you're having are prolactin related the Nolva would be useless anyhow considering it does nothing in terms of prolactin. P5P's the way to go for prolactin like Bass said. I mean my mood is fine, nothing to report concerning aggressiveness. I've actually been a little easier to be around when with my family. Mood's been a little up and down, but I kind of expect that, I broke it off with my fiance a few weeks ago so I expect that.

So here we go boys! Onto week three! Weight this morning 193.8. Been having trouble keeping food down because my appetite isn't increased. I'll force food down for the next few days and see what happens. This week kickin the P-Plex up to three caps, and starting the trena at 75mg per day. Goin to the gym in a couple hours. Vascularity is still definately gettin better. Got spiderweb like veins on the forearms throughout the day. So onto week three. "I know you gonna dig this"

No, now that I'm sitting back and thinking about it, that probably won't be a good idea. I'm already putting my body through a hell of a time right now anyways.

Day 14

Holy sh!t bro's, today was an AWESOME workout. Vascularity at an all time high, pump was insane (it hurt for about a half hour after the workout in my shoulders) and I look more jacked than I ever have before. I could barely put up 225 on bench two weeks ago, I repped it 3 times today (wanted to see where my strength was in the bench department). Strength is up on all lifts, and good lord it was an awesome workout. Only bad part is new stretch marks...

Okay, so blood pressure has been steady around 135-140/60. Figure I'll just slit one of my wrists and let out a little of that pressure. Plus, didn't they bleed people all the time for medical treatments back in the day?
 
Also, weight has been increasing slightly, but what gets me a little confused is for some reason the scale says my bf is 17-17.5% for the last couple of days. Don't know why. Of course it's always been about 3% higher than it actually is when compared to caliper, but for the last couple days it's been up there. Which confuses me because I look much better IMO than I did 2 weeks ago, so I don't know why it reads that my bf is up 2%
 
those scales use electrical stuff to measure it, so hydration affects what they read. just go by the calipers

I do that all the time lol. Left nip slightly itchy earlier, but only for about 3 or 4 minutes. I'll increase eform to 60-80mg per day. I'd have to say that I'm feelin pretty good. Oh, and I'm getting glances from people, filling shirt out a lot more;)

Good ****. It's normal for hair to fall out when you run through it whether your going bald or not. I read that you shed around 100 hairs a day. Also seasonal shedding is normal. Some people shed more hair in winter and others in summer. It all depends on the person.

I decided against working out a second time yesterday, because after that insane pump I was talking about, I didn't feel right. So now today, my shoulders feel as though they've been murdered. This is good, but I'm not sure if I understand why. I did less sets yesterday than normal, and they got more pumped than ever before, and this is the first time they've been sore in probably about 2 months. And my tri's and chest are destroyed, so I'll have to work back and bi's tomorrow. I'll try to integrate some squats into the mix, but I'm going to be going quite light, last thing I need during my cycle is my ankle getting fked up again.

I have to say, I am loving this cycle. Weight isn't going up as fast as I expected it, but I am most definately bigger, and for some reason the scale says my fat has increased, but my muscles are fuller, and I am more vascular now than I have ever been in my life. I have veins comin out all over my arms, and some that I can tell that by the end of the cycle they'll be bulging.

So far I am lovin this cycle. Libido has been down though. Hard to keep a woody, and the drive isn't where it normally is. No apparent atrophy thus far though, and if there is any, it's slight. Plus, I know it'l come back in PCT anyways.

Oh, also, been battling a cold all the way through but it hasn't been bad. May have hindered some gains thus far. At the begining of the cycle, I'd been in the @$$ end of a cold, and I thought it had gone away. But I've had more mucus, and a slightly sore throat all the way through cycle. And I found a couple of pus pockets on the inside of my throat (pretty nasty I know, but hey, gotta bear all in a log). I think this has hindered gains somewhat, and I figure my body is getting a little stretched out right now, what with trying to defend itself, and add mass, so it may contribute to the lack of weight gain IMO.

As long as you train hard, enough enough and rest a lot you'll gain. Sometimes it wont show in 3-4 days but the 5-6 days you'll see big gains. It's weird like that. If your weight isn't increasing you have to hope your body fat is decreasing so that means your gaining muscle but you say your BF is increasing? It's very hard to increase BF on a cycle.
