The sun IS getting further and further away from the Earth everyday. America IS pissing off pretty much EVERY other country in the world due to us wanting to rule it and all. So I see a nuclear bomb as another event that could cause "the end." Think about it. How many other countries have many "areas" that they stole from another country? What I mean is like Puerto Rico. Is it a state? Nope. Is it considered US land? Yep. Do you need a passport to go there? Nope. The US has MANY of these "areas of land" that they now own and control because they took them over from other countries. I mean sh!t look at Iraq. We're "creating" a democracy and "freeing" them, lmao. Why don't we ask the Iraqi's how much they like and want to thank us for invading their country and taking it over to "free" them. BTW, mods please do not ban me for my opinions or this post. Delete it if you feel the need, but please do not ban me. Your site is like my 2nd home, but with no roof, lol. Also, our winters ar getting colder, summers are getting hotter, and storms are getting stronger. A crazy natural disaster could also cause "the end."

Just wanted to note that yesterday, DAY 36, was my first day at 20mg Superdrol. The Phera has been dropped and my bridge week is over. Now it's ALL Superdrol baby!! I'm also going to add my clen/napalm back into the mix for the remainder of the cycle at 3 pumps twice a day applied to the abs and hips. Oh and my AX Superdrol came in the mail yesterday along with literally over a full bottle's worth of RPM samples. I traded a bottle of Omega Labs M1,4ADD and EForm for this. Not here on AM though.

BASSGOD EDIT: Blood pressure is 120/70 so all is well in that department :) It is normally around 123/67

The only sides that I have experienced so far are ravenous hunger all day, insane strength gains, superb vascularity, mass gains, a nice libido boost, CRAZY pumps in the gym, moring wood that refuses to go away and is rock solid, and the most erotic dreams i've ever had, lmao. Oh wait, those aren't sides huh? So yea, as far as sides go, NONE!!!! Muahahahahaha!! Good luck with your cut bro! How you feeling so far since you're PCT started?
 
DAY 37: ARMS

Holy sh!t I love Superdrol so far!!! I started today's session with rope pulldowns to warm up the tri's. Then I did standing cable curls for bi's. I went to tricep pushdowns and did 150x8 for 3 sets. My next exercise was standing cable curls using a slightly wider grip than usual to put more of an emphasis on the outer biceps. I did these at 120x8 for 3 sets. I then did bodyweight dips for 10 reps and 3 sets. After these I went to standing alternating DB curls at 60x6 for 2 sets. This was a new Page Ranking for me along with all other lifts that I performed today. Well, all besides dips, because I always only do 10 reps of those. After alt DB curls, I did standing DB hammer curls across the chest using the same 60lb DB for 2 sets. Then I did overhead DB triceps extensions using 70lbs for 10 reps and 3 sets. To finish off an AWESOME session, I did a set of concentration curls at 45x10. Today's workout was amazing just because of the strength increases. I felt great the whole time and strong as an ox. Post workout I had 1/2 of a Nature's Best Isopure blue raspberry protein drink which was 20g protein, just to hold me over for the drive back to my house. 2 tuna sandwiches, a chicken salad, a bowl of fruit salad that I made. It contained watermelon, pineapple, muss(sp?) melon, banana, grapes, and apples. To balance things out a bit more, I added some raw pea pods with ranch dressing. These are a personal fave veggie of mine :) I don't usually include meals in my log, but this one was delicious and I was STARVING after my session, lol. During and after my workout, my veins were really showing in my forearms hardcore. Looked like I had snakes under my skin. Those, my bi's, and my tri's were so damn pumped, it was crazy. I love the pump that Superdrol gives me. Almost painful, but awesome at the same time, lol. Ok, time to cap some more bulk supercissusrx and b5.
 
arent we just having a swell ass time?! Glad this cycle is doing you right and youre enjoying it. (who doesnt enjoy being on cycle anyway)
 
My PCT is going fine & I'm still up 21lbs so I'm happy. I don't think I really need PCT but I will continue anyway. I'm going to throw in Paravol this wk just to try it out but I'm going to double does it so I can burn through it by the end of PCT. That way I can try DTH when I start my cut. On my cut I think I will alternate Leviathan Reloaded & Recreate from one month to the next but will run DCP & AP throughout. I miss cardio. lol

Yea, I just re-read that, lol. I had a brain fart there for a second. I meant to say inner. I think next time I will actually use a BB though, rather than cables, because the bar I used was only like 14-16inches or so long. So you can't really consider this a wide grip I guess. Usually my hands are a few inches away from touching each other, so it's def a wider grip than usual. Also, i'm not sure if I just REALLY busted my as$ in the gym or if lethargy is hitting, but I have been really tired since I finished my session. :yawn: Actually I KNOW I busted my as$. I'm just not sure if it's due to lethargy from the Superdrol or if i'm just exhausted from the long week I had, or what. We'll see what happens tomorrow. As of right now though, i'm going to try one of my RPM samples out and go for a ride on my CBR! :head:

Thats how it is with me.Let us know how you like the rpm.I just bought a bottle to go with my hemadraulix during pct.I hear you gotta get the dosage right though.One said slightly higher than whats suggested for your weight.we're all different though.

You gained 21lbs!?? And to think I named MY log the Mass XXXplosion Cycle!! I felt the same way with my Epi pulse. Just ran Drive and PCS for my PCT anyway though. Let us know how the paravol treats you. I have some in my stash to use later just for fun. DTH will treat you quite nicely during your cut bro. That, Levi Reloaded, Recreate, DCP, and AP should make for a sickly recomp fo sho! I on the other hand, don't really miss crdio, lol. I had planned on doing some this cycle, but have actually done NONE. Hahaha. Well I go for hikes all the time, but that IMO isn't cardio.

Yeah I'd guess roughly 5lbs of fat give or take. I don't have any calipers but @ 245lbs my wedding ring still fits. Normally I can't wear it until I'm down around 225lbs-230lbs. Hows that for scientific! lol I do have calipers coming for my cut because I want to keep as much as possible when I diet down.
The Paravol could be a double edged sword...the Doc just told me not to bang the wife for the next 4 wks because they are worried about miscarriage. I hope my arms don't get out of proportion.:run:

Oh i'm careful ANY time I ride. I've laid it down 3 times since i've owned it. The worst was on my way to work in the middle of the afternoon. This dumb fkuck pulled out in front of me at a 4 way intersection red light when I was going 50mph. He was driving a minivan and I slammed ino the back of it. He pulled out when I was literally like 20 feet away. He was turning right nd my light was still green. I'm assuming he didn't think anyone was coming and didn't look before he pulled out. I tried to slam on the brakes, but the back end fishtailed twice, I hit the rear left hand side of the van, and was thrown over the handlebars. I did 4 summersaults on the pavement while watching my bike do a few flips of its own. I'm a lucky bastadge because somehow I managed to only peel the skin off my right hip, both shoulders, and both knees. I didn't break or fracture anything. My bike was totaled, but I have friends in high places, so I was able to get parts to fix it for cheaper than they would normally be. I also know how to do body work, so all I had to do was buy the paint for the fairings and primed and painted them myself. The worst part of this is that I got a ticket for speeding and causing the accident!!!! The dude driving the van was an old fkuck and said I was going at LEAST 70mph and driving wreckless. I'm the young bro on a crotch rocket and he's an old dude, so obviously they believed his story over mine. So yea, on a motorcycle, whether it be a little moped or a hayabusa 1300, you HAVE to watch thousands of feet in front of you and pay attention to EVERYTHING that's going on around you. To your right, to your left, behind you, directly in front of you, AND way ahead of you. It's dangerous for sure, but IMO way worth it. You only live once, so have fun and enjoy it.

I def liked the rpm bro. I took 3 caps, but for pre-wo I would try 4. OR I was thinking of emptying 2 caps into some juice and dosing it that way. Doing that would make it hit you in about 15 minutes or so and it'd also hit you harder. I had a nice, clean energized feeling from it with a little bit of euphoria to go along with it. I dosed the 2nd dose of 10mg Superdrol Suspension about 10min or so afterward, so this may have decreased the true effects of the rpm.
 
Looking good basster! I was thinking of getting some rpm myself but pantera and foofac said it sucks, but if it's treatin you right then I might have to try it out. Maybe I'll throw it in my pct with drive.

I have never used it.I hate R4W.It did nothing for me.I have heard some say bad things about rpm,but after further research,more seem to like it.I have some on the way.

To all "non-responders" out there, do like the Bassgod here and train hard and eat right, and good 'ol Super will do the rest. It's hard to imagine anyone not gaining off of super-drol. I'm sure there are some true "non-responders', but the majority of people don't eat right, train hard enough, or follow proper PCT protocol!! don't waste your money bro. I have the rest of my bottle sitting in my supp stash because I stopped using it. if you like a suppressed appetite post-wo, then it's the product for you. but other than that, it did nothing for me. EVERY time i took it pre-wo, i could not physically choke down ANY food post-wo, which is the worst thing you could possibly do during that time period, lol.

yea its considered "the golden hour" by many...anyhow that sux! TI was gonna oder on monday too...until i saw yohimb which i dont particularly like...

yeah i did a log for Chuck on the older version of R4W and had terrible sides. i never wanted to eat and i had cold sweats all the time, no fun.

RPM on the other hand was great, but lost its potency within 3 weeks. then i tried to open the caps, shoot them, and chase....but ewwwwwww that sh!t was GROSSSSS
 
Just a warning for anyone considering opening up their RPM's and taking it straight. It's going to be the nastiest **** you have ever tasted. I tried it once and that was the last time I'll ever do it. It turned by stomach inside out and ruined my workout because for the next couple hours I felt like I was going to toss it any minute.

To NOS and Terribletowel, my plan is to open em up and mix them with some juice. The powder will disperse and get mixed into the liquid. I've read logs where others have done this with great success. I def wouldn't just empty the caps in my mouth, lol. I'm sure that WOULD be nasty.

I tried mixing it with juice and it didn't do enough as far as covering up the taste, but if you can stomach it then go for it. Let us know how it works out.

Yea a good pre workout stim... Ive already used RPM but need to take a break (gotten use to it) any i'd prefer something that was caff free but gave you a crazy stim'd feeling...

you ever tried 1,3-dimethylamylamine? it's a personal fave of mine. VERY potent! :) a good version is the Clear Shot drinks or genera supps make a product called adrenaline that is pretty good. nutra also sells the 1,3 in 60mg caps for a good price. or i hate them, but bsn's endorush is pretty sick in terms of energy and a pre-wo stim. i too am a fan of the crazy stimmed out feeling, so i've tried a bunch of different things. it's really hard to find something that is caffeine free though. a possibility for something like that would be ginsing.

OMFG! lmao, i thought it was going to be a crystallized powder and mixed easily with liquid, NOPE! i should've listened to you when you said not to mix it with juice, lol. that sh!t is nastyyyyyy! i honestly can't even explain how it tastes. it's one of a kind, that's fo sho! i almost finished the whole thing (2 caps) but had to dump the last bit out. time to chug a red bull and head to the gym, lmfao. next time you guys warn me about something, i'll listen, lol
 
Amp / Amp2 from Ergo is great for energy too. I think the geranium oil supplements rock too. (aka 1,3-Dimethylamylamine a derivative of geranium oil)
 
DAY 38: Delts/Traps

Started today's session with some shoulder stretches and warm-up sets of DB mil presses. My first 3 working sets were seated DB mil presses at 55x8. Then I did seated arnolds using the same weight and also hit 8 reps for 3 sets. I then hit traps with standing cable upright rows at 140x10 for 3 sets. After these I did seated bent over lateral raises to hit my rear delts. I used 25lb DB and did 12 reps and 3 sets. During this exercise the mind/muscle connection was really inceased for some reason, as opposed to the other exercises. The pump that I got was intense, and as usual, a little painful. After the bent over laterals I did standing DB shrugs to hit traps again. I used 75lb DB and did 10 reps. I did 3 sets of these also. To finish off my workout, I did 3 supersets of standing front and lateral raises using 25lb DB for 10 reps each. I normally don't lift on sundays, but due to my work schedule tomorrow, it was either that or lift in the evening when a sh!t load of people will be in the gym. I honestly didn't really want to lift today and wasn't in the "zone" like I have been recently. Regardless, I did have a good session, but it just wasn't as intense as it normally is. Not as fun :rasp:
 
Bass do you use straps for back work?? I really want to get some cause I cant DB shrug more than the 80z without my grip failing around the second set!! Fcukin pisses me off!!!!!!!!!!!!

yea man, i wasn't expecting it to be that gross. i mixed it with Arizona iced tea and all I could taste was the rpm, lol. it didn't mix well either. it just kind of floated around inside the glass.

you tried the tea itself or mixed rpm in it? cuz if you mixed rpm with it and are saying it was great, you're full of sh!t, lmao. unless of course you eat feces on a daily basis. in that case, you're accustomed to its wonderful taste :)

Noi imjust talking about the tea alone lol theres a reason why RPM is capped.. obviously the shiny red color it come sin duh!! Thats the reason I buy it... If it was white tsk tsk you can forget about it!:toofunny:

I know drive pills are the prettiest pills I have ever seen.My wo's have been decreasing too bass.Prob from work but still........:think:
