you can, but I don't think you'd get much benefit from it. your body optimizes your hormone levels while you sleep...your testosterone levels are highest in the morning after a full nights rest.
The best way is to take them all before you sleep. This will encourage better absorption and efficient release of GH. However what you also need to consider it when you work out. If you work out during evening how does the release of GH help you??
I got best results when I took it before bed but I workout at 5 am as well. If you work at any other time take dosage accordingly.
