upcoming Havoc stack

end of week 4 update (ON cycle officially complete tomorrow)

well as much as I hate to say it, my 4 week run with Havoc is over.
The results have been awesome for me. My starting weight was 178lbs and today I weighed in at 185lbs! I was very excited to see this. Unfortunately, it seems that some of my biggest gains started this week. I would be real interested in seeing a 5 weeker ran. Overall I'd give this product a 9.5. It has given me some great definition changes along with the 7lb weight gain. People have noticed and have made comments on the way I'm looking. Comments from "you really look like you're losing some bodyfat" to "man you're looking thick".

I'd now like to make some comments on some bullet points from my personal experience


libido: my sex drive has been AWESOME throughout this entire run. No slow down in this area at all!

strength increases: strength increases were decent. I really thought I'd see more than what I did but I did make some nice gains.

definition changes: I'm pretty confident I lost a couple percent of bf. I did not measure this but I visibly look leaner and more defined in the mirror and to other people (however the truth would be in the calipers that I didn't use :))

hair loss: I did not notice any shedding

shut down: I have noticed no shut down at all. My testes seem to be the same size they were when I started.

acne: no acne breakouts

joint discomfort: no issues with this

back pumps: nothing really the first 2.5-3 weeks but they have started towards the end of my cycle. I added taurine as I felt I needed it. I must say the last 2 days have been pretty painful.

sleep: It seems as if I got the sleep quality I do with ZMA. Deep sleep with weird, vivid dreams.

temper / mood: I did notice an increase in aggression. I could get upset / pissed off easily at times.

blood pressure: this has been good throughout and I did not take anything to support it.

vascularity: this has been pretty amazing. I have veins popping out all over without even lifting. That's always cool :)

Other than that guys, I don't really have anything else to add at this time. If you can think of anything I might have missed, let me know. I will be checking back throughout my pct and after my blood work next week. I'm really hoping to run this again in the future.

Good job man glad to hear you got great gains! Just curious did you up your calorie intake while on or just ate regularly? Strength didn't increase as much as you thought?

to honest, I just ate regularly with the exception of 2 additional shakes daily. I had a shake with breakfast, shake early afternoon, shake post workout (6:30pm) and a shake before bed. I think this dosing schedule with protein shakes is very helpfull too :)

No, I expected more strength gains. I had some SERIOUS strength gains with Masterdrol and just figured I'd have the same ones with Havoc :)
To be honest, I need a break from training. I've been hitting it hard and my body needs a break. Perhaps this has led to me not lifting as heavy or noticing the strength gains I really did get.......

In that case take two weeks off from training totally... worked well for me. Or just lift light weights for a bit to change your routine then go back to hitting the weights hard, :clean:
 
weight update

I went in this morning to do some calves and abs. I decided to step on the scale and it read 187. That's 2 more pounds since my last weigh in. Still feeling great as well. :bb2:

did you run 40mg for 1 or two weeks?

I was gonna go 20/30/30/40

now im wondering if I should go out 5 weeks after reading your posts... !

I ran 40mg for 2 weeks but the back pumps started getting to me the last couple days. I could / should've upped my taurine intake during this time but I didn't. I fought it and it was a mother! It's managable though.
If I'd run a 5 week cycle, I'd go 20/30/30/30/40. That's just me though. I'm also a smaller dude too.
What's your stats?

ha! forgot to fill them in. I have them there now, Im not a small dude, so now Im wondering if I should run 5 weeks, with two at 40mg. Im going to be stacking it with DCP. I'll be taking cycle support during the cycle as well.

hmm, I don't know bro. Perhaps Dsade or one of the other RPN people can give you some advice. If this is your first run with something like this maybe run 20mg for the first 3 days then go to 30 for the rest of week1 and then something like /30/40/40.

my blood was taken this morning and expect the results sometime tomorrow. I will post the results when I get them.

Things are still going great! Weight is still up, energy is good and strength is also still up nicely. It still appears as if I'm still leaning out too. Seems strange considering the body weight is still up. Anyway, I'll be back tomorrow.

Isn't there something you could have taken for cholesterol?
yes, there a lots of things. I could've taken some stuff to help keep it within range more but its common in my family to have screwed up cholesterol levels. I'm not to concerned with it.
 
small update (1 week and 2 days into pct)

my weight is at 187 and I'm still looking great. On the outside, this is the best I've ever looked.
Strength is still up like crazy.
Other than that, nothing else to really report at this time.

everything is still going fine. Weight is staying right at 187lbs. My strength is still up too. It's been an awesome cycle for me. I'm very happy with the results thus far.

Did you notice any stretch marks gaining 18 lbs? That's one fear of mine..ya I might sound like a pu$$y saying that but it'd be a pain to get rid of.

it was only a 9lb gain not 18. No stretch marks

I did not adjust my diet other than the timing of a couple shakes throughout the day.
 
1 week and 4 days of pct left

and things are STILL great!
I'm still strong as hell (for me) and my weight has not budged. Stuck at 187lbs and look leaner than I ever have. Very, very, VERY impressed with Havoc.

Nice, so it looks like you'll keep everything? Are you getting a lot of water retention from this cycle?
