EOD, E3D, and ED

Can someone pls explain these terms to me. In context, I am reading that EOD and even E3D IGF-1 treatment is preferable to ED because ED downregulates receptors quickly.

Then after reading grunts and other views , you will have to come to your own conclusion on wich protocol to follow.
Grunts protocols look to be the safest way and most popular rite now!

I'm not sure that this is your question, but the way it is phrased it seems to indicate you are wanting an explaination of the "terms" or abbreviations used. If this is so see below, if not, I appologize for assuming you did not know what they mean...

EOD= Every Other Day
ED= Every Day
E3D= Every 3rd Day
