One of the theories in life that I sincerely beleive in that every crisis also gives the oppertunity for the person to make something out of it. Very recently I had similar experience with Marc.
I had ordered from ATW a while back and did not receive any notification about it. It definitely ticked me off a bit and I had started to have second thoughts about ATW customer service. I sent a note to marc but did not hear anything.
Turns out Marc was on vacation and when he came back he got in touch immediately. He checked my order and found that my grievance was genuine so he sent me a sample packs. He did not have to do it really but he did. And I greatly appreciate that.
I have received my ATW order last week(as also the sample pack). It would be too early for me to say how I find the ATW products(the Cinnamon bun WPI sure tastes fantastic) but I can definitely appreciate the service that Marc has provided and single handedly generated goodwill for ATW, that when I had all but decided to move on.
