Yes, as I mentioned during my feedback, I cannot express how much MassFx improved my sleep. I fell asleep faster than normal and my dreams were like movies they were so clear, then I would wake exactly 7 1/2 hours later and feeling great. No lethargy throughout the day either.

Although not direct, 25R-diol can help lower cortisol levels, whcih can lead to improved sleep.
