MVP/ZMK stack

i just bought this stack on nutra and there was only one review. i remember hearing from someone that this is probably one of the best multivitamins to buy out right now. let me know what you think. i couldn't get any nutritional facts so I'm relying on you guys. i tried searching the forums for any reviews but couldn't find any. heres the link if you don't know what I'm talking about. Thanks alot for any information you can throw at me!!!!

That's the one I'm currently taking. I love it so far. Only 1 week in though, but I love the concept and the profile.

I feel like I'm taking a multi. For me, I don't really see the benefits of something like a multivitamin until I stop taking them, and I don't want to do that.

i see. well im really excited about the ZMK part. i dont sleep to good. i always wake up and toss and turn during the night. the only multivitamin i take is kirkland brand grociery store vitamin. this should be a major difference for me.
