NOW Super Cortisol Support

Distilled Water

Board Sponsor
Well NP is out of Retain 2 and I can pick this up locally for pretty cheap. You think this paried with 1 cap Lean Xtreme2 and NOW 7-Keto (25mg) would work for P.C.T cortisol control?

I'd do 1cap Lean Xtreme2 in the AM along with 3 Transform &1gr Vit. C

2caps NOW SCS, 25mg 7-Keto, 1gr Vit. C in the afternoon/pre-workout

1cap NOW SCS, 1gr Vit C. before bed.

I have about 20caps of Lean Xtreme2 and about 3/4 bottle of NOW 7-Keto 25mg and 1/2 bottle LG Transform. So yes Im looking to be cheap

Here's the link to NOW SCS

NOW Super Cortisol Support is a good idea, but the ingredients are not available in sufficient amounts per dose to make any real impact. I would suggest a combination of NOW Relora and NOW Ashwaganda in place of NOW Super Cortisol Support. Ashwaganda is a versatile compound with significant cortisol-control properties. As it turns out, Ashwagandha nicely stacks with Relora, and NOW Relora is generously dosed. Those two stacked with Lean Xtreme would take the results to a completely new level. I am talking from experience. All the best, DW!

...but had no idea Ashwaganda, hell I dont even think I've ever heard of it,lol.

I'll take your word. I'll pick both of them up 2maro
You should enjoy the results. Ashwaganda is, sometimes, alternatively referred to as "Indian Ginseng". It is a potent adaptogen with far-reaching benefits, often ranked with other prized adaptogens such as Rhodiola Rosea and the best class of Ginseng.

You have any dosing suggestions for me with the 2 :D ?

I would suggest to take one NOW Relora and one Ashwagandha with your doses (three daily, I believe) of Lean Xtreme 2. Be sure to take the last dose of the day just before bed.

K cool. I only have 18, to be exact, of Lean Xtreme so you think I should just order another bottle of that over Retain 2?

I bought the 120cap of NOW Relora so I'll have Cortisol on lockdown for a while

i thought i read somewhere about a gram of day of vit c being detrimental to muscle

This stack is working nicley paired with some other goodies I have for leaning out my mid section. The Relora is killing my appetite so thats both good and bad, the Vit. C dosed @ 4gr a day was wreaking havoc on my stomach, I started too high to fast IMO. I stopped it for 2 days and went away so now im slowly adding it back in and Im doing well.

Thanks again Strategic?!?!

Any fatigure or malaise associated with Ashwaganda or relora?thanks

Typically not! Both Ashwagandha and Relora should work to neutralize the causes and effects of fatigue, especially, if stress/cortisol-induced.

Nice. Thanks!

since you are here strategicmove, i remember reading the time of day where cortisol is highest but i cant remember now.....do you know?

Assuming normal adrenal function and normal sleep patterns, cortisol levels begin to rise in the early hours of the morning peaking around 07:00am (give or take 30 minutes). Those levels drop dramatically in the evening and during the beginning phase of sleep. This should be the regular pattern. A reversal may occur in people that work at night and sleep during the day.
