30 years old, was diagnosed w/ secondary hypogonadism about 1 1/2 years ago, went on hcg for about a 7 months w/ good results, went off because the dr. I was seeing was too expensive, he didn't monitor me consistently and didn't have a long term plan, which brings us to now. Now, I am feeling some of the symptoms of the 2ndary hypogonadism again. Had blood work. No alcohol, no drugs, am a personal trainer/nutritionist. My goals are to find a short term program and work on a long term plan as the science changes that helps me function at optimal levels. I do not want to just be ordinary, as I am someone who has competed before in bodybuilding (naturally), has competed in sports my whole life and have always been an "alpha" type male. Thanks to any replies.

Looks like you need to drop your SHBG, and you could stand to shave 5 to 12 from E2, but on what basis are you secondary? Maybe you restarted your system.

Your LH is average; your FSH is high; your total T is totally average, if not on the high side; your free T is on the lower side of average, because of your elevated SHBG. I thin Danazol reduces SHBG. That may do it for you. But it sounds to me that you want performance enhancement. Crisler would treat you in that regard, I would imagine. Many docs would not.

Hope that helps and I wish you luck.

I thin Danazol reduces SHBG.

Danazol 20mg ED (relatively small dose) helped reduce my SHBG from 57 to 37. I say "helped" because I was also in the process of raising my TT from 300 to 650 (with HCG only) and it is believed that raising TT also lowers SHBG. I believe it was the combination and my doctor is of the opinion that danazol reduces SHBG (although it won't mention that in a google search AFAIK).
See your doc.

REdo the shbg looks invalid. Are you on a low fat diet or eat a high fiber diet with low protein?
