Powerfull Wakes me up

When ever I take powerfull I get wide awake and very focused, so wide awake that I cannot sleep for hours after my last dose, so I have stopped taking it before bed. Is there any reason that it has this effect on me?

I really like the product, it is great, and it is a staple now. It makes me so focused in the gym, but I bought it to help me sleep, so that part of it sucks.
 
The MP in the Powerfull can cause some mental focus properties in certain ppl(which is why it may have synergy with pre-workout stims). After a little time though the insomnia should pass and you should eventually be able to get the sleep benefits.
 
Like Bolt said people react differently to Mucuna Pruriens. Most have a neuro-suppressive effect at the dosage in PowerFULL, but others have a neuro-stimulative.
 
I took powerfull last night for the first time before bed, and like 45 minutes later I was groggy and yawning and felt tired as hell.. went to bed, and laid there unable to fall asleep for like 2 hours. How long does it take for insomnia from this to pass?

Give it a few days for your body to acclimatize to the new Dopamine production. After that, you'll be sleeping like a baby.

Just take it earlier..about 1 hour before bed..
 
Interesting how some of us take certain things for granted. I, for one, sleep like a log on PowerFULL. How lucky!

PowerFULL increases HGH release and does not induce sleep.

By significantly increasing HGH, you will need an adaption period of 5-7 days. this is user specific. Some will not need the adaption period.

The same has been reported with synthetic HGH.

Good to know. Must admit to you that from what little very light sleep I did get last night, I did wake up extremely refreshed for 4 hours of sleep. So I geuss I cant really complain. I just dont like waking up before noon on Saturdays. The workouts are awesome also. Cant really explain the feeling, just overall focus and energy was insane today.
