Opinions on the following JW/Restore Stack

Once upon a time I saw the following dosages and was wondering if this is still a recommended method of dosing:

Week 1-2 JW 2 cap 3x per day
Week 3-4 JW 1 cap 3x per day; Restore 1 cap 3x per day
Week 5-6 Restore 2 cap 3x per day

Is this too agressive considering dosages on both bottles suggest 1 cap 3x per day?

I want to do a 6 week cycle in a couple of months and am trying to plan it out...

I think someone was suggesting a PCT with this protocol.

Do the recommended of 1 3XDay (unless over 200 lb then go to 4 or 5 per day)
Follow for 4 - 8 weeks, at week 5 you can add BAM 1 2XDay
Follow that with Pro Anabol for 4 weeks (Continued gains without continuing to tax the andro recepts)
Then restore for 4 weeks. Great 16 week cycle to stay lean and gain good hard size.

Is restore the only PCT needed? I know there is a lot of threads over at bb.com talking about whats in JW and the fact that Restore had some amounts of andro in it ( not attacking or trying to start a fight as this has been beaten to death on other sites - just curious as I have 2 bottles of JW, 1 of ProA, 1 of BAM, and 1 Restore )

I really wanted to take this stack but im worried because it seems to be a PH and I think I slight gyno from puberty ( never done a PS or PH )

Thanks!

I think someone was suggesting a post cycle therapy with this protocol.

I am about 205, so I'm guessing you'd suggest 4/day of the JW.

I don't plan to run a 16 week cycle, I want to keep it at 6 weeks.

I have used JW/Restore before and had fair results from them. I am hesitant to try BAM or Pro Anabol because I don't think they would fit into such a short window if I already am planning to run JW/Restore.

Can you suggest a dosing protocol for a 6 week window?

Just JW and Restore and 6 weeks, I would suggest this.

Week 1 JW 1 3Xday
Week 2 & 3 JW 1 2X day + 2 1 hr prior to workout (4 altogether)
Week 4 JW 1 2XDay, Restore 1 3XDay
Week 5 & 6 run Restore 1 3Xday,

You will have some Restore left after 6 weeks. If you want to finish the entire bottle run 4 restore per day week 4 - 6 running 2 - 1 hr before workout.

Not what I would typically suggest but it will work well.

It's all you need. If you have Gyno concerns I would leave out BAM which is the only one I can think of that would trigger any at all. That said, if you have had gyno in the past, any anabolic optimizer, even ones like this could, could, bring it back.

Why don't you typically suggest this? Is it because most people want to run longer cycles of it? What are the "cons" of running this 6 week cycle the way you have proposed?

Thanks.

No cons really. I just have seen through many people we work with that taking JW followed by BAM, taken together, or taking BAM alone for 1 month followed by JW and BAM stacked for a month leads to much greater results in terms of lean muscle gains. Understanding you have a 6 week window and want to use these two products, that's what I would suggest. I would personally run JW for the full six weeks. I have blood work done quite a bit and I have not seen increased estrodial, liver enzymes, or cholesterol effects from running JW for 8 weeks. Even total testosterone does not increase dramatically, it's the unbounding effects leading to much higher free testosterone levels without increased aromatization that make JW so effective.

Thanks for the reply. So your #1 recommendation for a 6 week cycle composed of both JW and/or Restore is to run 6 weeks of JW and zero Restore?

Also, to your post, what particular ingredient in particular in JW do you attribute its positive affects. I ask this because I am currently using 3,4 divanil as part of another stack and think that nettle extract is incredible. Do any other ingredients in the JW exceed the abilities of the divanil or is it the most effective ingredient in JW in your opinion?

That's what I would do or at least run the JW for 6 weeks and add Restore for the last three or four if you have any concerns.

I don't want to speak out of my ass on the other question. I could read you ALR's condensed version of each ingredient but it's my belief that the way he combines all of these with the knowledge there is a reaction to every action that is the basis of his fomulas that creates this environment. In other words, I don't think any one of these ingredients without the others gets you the results we seek or experience.
I know that was a crappy answer for you but I don't claim to be a scientist.
