I don't eat a ton, if any, carbs within an hour of lifting, which makes pre-WO dosage pointless. However, I was wondering if using it every morning before breakfast (which has around 80-100g of carbs) would help my performance?

That would make the most sense! Another option would be to use Pslin postworkout. Not sure if this has the seal of USP approval, but recently I have been using Pslin postworkout to amplify the anabolic response of the postworkout meal. In short, since beginning Max OT (4-6 reps) I thought it would be a better use of Pslin to use it postworkout. Thus far it has been great! I have even upped the amount of carbs from roughly 120 to 150.

Then we're golden. I just don't like having a ton of food sloshing around while I'm lifting, running, grappling, etc. I figure that the glycogen loading effect would carry over to my overall performance, but I wanted some input from USP.

Im going on a leaning regime in April - will be dropping my PreWO meal - good to know people are having results taking P-Slin PostWO
Been on P-Slin for 14 days now - have begun to notice an interesting effect.
Did a killer legs workout today after 2 days rest, however I have a full-on upper body pump - also get a surge 60-90 minutes after eating complex carbs
