Hey guys..ive been takin havoc for almost 3 weeks now and currently have been taking 30 mgs and also 200 mgs of furazdrol...everything has been running smoothly until a few days ago..i started noticing some joint problems. Its really just my lower back region. So i just bought primaforce cissus and started taking that today. But today, i started noticing some pains on my side. Has anyone experienced this? It feels like it could be a joint problem but I'm not sure. Any advice?

Correct, it's all a part of the process. I personally didn't get this problem on this product but am noticing it BIG TIME on Superdrol.

I agree adding 3-5 grams/day of taurine should help with what sounds like a pump issue. When do you notice these pains, when you're lifting? Are you having any issues in your knee or elbow joints?

its weird..its like when i take in a deep breathe, i feel pain in my side. i noticed it first today before i was gonna lift..its just annoying

In your side near your lungs, or in your side near your liver?
I know someome that ran a compound this last summer that caused him a little bit of liver discomfort. He backed the dosage off and it went away. Then he took about 6 months off from taking anything including beer.

Taurine is excellent for getting rid of the pumps and cramps. Potassium, calcium and magneseium didn't even touch them when I've had them.

its on the left side of my body...i got a good night sleep last night and it feels alot better than yesterday. I'll keep posted on its effects..Thanks!

Yea im currently on 30mg havoc E.D. and ive gotten those pains like twice. Also sore joints from getting dried out and a little back pumps but the taurine is helping

Yup, that is definitely the side effect of being dried out. It's quite funny, I'm pulsing Havoc and been experiencing the breathing in pain but I get the pain in my shoulders and have for quite a few weeks now (I'm in week 7). Oh yes and btw...back/calf pumps SUCK!

Can you explain liver discomfort? Do you mean enlargement? Not being smart, just never heard that one before. One experiencing liver problems would have pain in the upper right quadrant, above the stomach, is this what you mean?

yo mayne what have ur gains been like for the pulsing after 7 weeks???

Just remember that EVERYONE RESPONDS DIFFERENTLY!! That being said I started out weighing 187lbs and into week 7 i'm at 201lbs. I train very hard at 2.5-3 hours a day at 5x/wk doing 2 different muscle groups at a time still allowing for at least 48 hrs rest in between each muscle group...I didn't start noticing my gains until after week4...

fyi...I cheated nutrition a couple of times as I celebrated my birthday during cycle. But still, I have no gut, you cant grab anything at back of my tricep which people find it "fascinating" and my back is solid as well...not sure BF% but I get complements all the time saying how huge I've gotten...good enough for me!

That sounds like a pulled serratus anterior muscle.
This is what I was thinking as well. He probably twisted a certain way as he was lifting and just simply strained a muscle. No need to panic over every ache and pain. Pain is what it's all about. Remember this quote from the Thundergod--"Pain is temporary, pride is forever"!:head:

2.5-3hrs is overkill bro

You got that right, dude! Has he ever heard of overtraining? I think he needs to read up on some Mike Mentzer training philosophies. H.I.T.= high intensity training. You can either train hard or train long, but never both. I train 3 days a week at 45-50 minutes a session. I'm 6'3" and 270 pounds. I can deadlift 610, squat 550, and bench 375. Train harder and LESS!:dl:

ye..i've also been getting the pain in my left shoulder as well. The cissus i've been taking as helped pretty damn good.

Yes train hard...train long? of course...but I did fail to mention that I've only been doing it that long for last 3-4 weeks. I am more of a intensity trainer but last few weeks jumped up to high weight. The way I do it is perfectly fine for me...I alternate my training scheme every so often...I'm currently pulse cycling atm and first 4 weeks was intensity training...last 4 is high weight low rep...plus lift with 3 other people so time consumption per station is significant...so my time actually "lifting" is greatly reduced.

hows ur results man? losing wieght and gaining muscle and how has ur diet been?

Can you reproduce the exact pain with palpation(touch), movement, or deep inspiration? If that is the case, it's probably most likely a musculo-skeletal issue consistant with a muscle strain.
