Just used Cordy5 w/ Citruvol-XS

Wow. Awesome product. I used the sample Citruvol-XS and Cordy5 together...

Ran around 14 miles today, didn't really ever feel like my lungs were going to explode like they normally do. Usually at around 6 miles and then 10 miles I get pretty exhausted, but with this stack it was effortless. It's like... cheating.

I can't imagine it with some Rag (order should have came in today! freakin' FedEx) and I'm gonna need to buy both (Cit. & Cordy) ASAP!

Thanks for the review and feedback. It truly does feel like cheating. I'm glad you felt it on the first dose as it takes full effect after about 4 consecutive days on.

I have a question for you Millennium...

I wake up at around 4 am on workout days, eat around 4 15 and start lifting at around 5 .... when do I take Rag? :( before I eat? and then wait a little before breakfast? I have class at 7:15 and require at least 15 minutes in the steam room :)

That is the toughest scenerio for any lifter and supplement user. I would take the Ragnarok on an empty stomach first thing 10-15 minutes before breakfast and you should be golden.
