I know the DOMS is just from being too aggressive with the weights on my first week back from a week of strategic deconditioning. Plus my workout routine is changed from before. There's lots of red meat and eggs in my diet right now, so that's not helping, either.
Here is the supplement plan for the next month:
multivitamin (split between meals)
enzymes (every meal)
fish oil (usually at least 30g per day, it varies)
xtend(8 scoops peri-wo)
beta alanine(~7g split)
ALC (1g pre-wo)
taurine(1g) + creatine(3g) first thing in the morning
ZMK at night
DHEA (50mg) + mdrol (40mg) is going to be pulsed at 4pm MWF
6-oxo (200mg) at night in opposition to pulse to mitigate suppression
cycle support (1 scoop) the morning after pulses
Seems kind of excessive when you list it all like that.

thats alot of mdrol even for a pulse... at least for me. It would still give me nasty back pumps being dosed that much at once.
I did 30mg yesterday, everything was fine. Well, actually, I've had better sleep.
These pulses are being done after my morning workout and work. So back pumps aren't really going to be as much an issue with these doses.

wow really? I guess your trying more to take advantage of the effects during repair time eh? If I was pulsing that much Id probally still pop 10mg before hittin the iron, but Ill be interested to see how this works out for you .

In addendum, about 5 hours after I posted that I was feeling better, the bottom dropped out. I have a fever, my skin hurts, my tongue is swollen, plus I have DOMS from this week. I also feel like I'm buzzed, which I'm not. Kind of a strange feeling like my brain is either being cooked, or eaten, or perhaps both.
I took my temperature. All I know is this thermometer tastes funny.
This sucks. I hope to be well by monday.

so hard to say what real effect liver support has (in terms of limiting androgen) in a pulse. I think its better to protect the liver tho.
40mg of superdrol hurts me. just from the lethargy. I got decent results with 30 pulsed tho. then again, i'm a pansy
hit 650 on the leg press today, just for 1 rep tho. couldn't get the second one up all the way. previous high was 600 for 5

really i've just done some pulsing experiments plus the cycle I just finished. the experiments were running from 20-40mg superdrol 3x a week, then 2 weeks off, done 3 times. it was just to toy with dosing and times to try and figure out how i'd do it longer term.
So pauses at the bottom of stroke but not on the blocks so tension stays on the legs?
30 taken as 20 preworkout, and 10 more within about 30 minutes post workout seemed to be the most i could easily deal with and not have the lethargy affect me at work. I'm pondering next time tho going with that plus another 10 3 hours later to hit the 40, as much of the first 20 would be cleared by then. if I worked out in the evening it would be easier![]()

Daymn you are looking mighty cute. I would recommend some Greens though, unless you eat a lot of spinach and other veggies, or else you acid to alkaline ratio might be skewed to acid which causes a catabolic environment.
Other question would be about taking Liver Support during a cycle, which I have heard is counter productive.

I eat at least a cup of green vegetables with meals 3,4,5.
Meal two has at least a cup of berries or fruit.
Meal 1 and 6 has hemp protein powder.
I think I have the alkalinity covered, except I might add in more vegetables with meal 1 and 6. This would be easy since they're blended shakes anyway, I'll just grab some green beans or broccoli and blend them up with it.
About the liver support, I'm not sure how counterproductive it would be on my pulse plan. I'm taking it only at a low dose at times when the pulsed compound would be clearing my system anyway. It could have a cumulative effect on reducing the clearing time, though. So I think I'll just leave it out for the next two weeks, unless maybe I start feeling the blood pressure headaches, then I'll want to add it back in to help with that.

In addendum, if I sweat like a race horse in the middle of the night is that a fever? I must have sweated most of the night, and now I feel a little better. Any suggestions on what I can take to knock this **** out? I'm taking Airborne, zinc, echinacia, and magnesium.
And, to kill the little bit of sore throat I have left I'm taking Advil, about 2 at a time 12 hours apart. Seems to be doing the trick.
