Food is the absolute most anabolic substance you can ingest. Thus, eat more if you're not gaining. It's not that hard.

I know. I feel really stupid for falling for that **** when I was younger.

But with experience I have found that simple caffeine pre-workout, protein/oats/creatine mono and bulk bcaa's post workout are just as effective as all the hyped up super expensive supplements out there.

don't forget bcaa's before your w/o as well; pre w/o bcaa is just as valuable as post w/o.
 
if you really want to maximize creatine absorption on it's own, the only really proven method i've seen to do this (research backed, real-world results) is Beverly International's Creatine+Phosphates.
only problem is the cost...

i'll stick w/ straight monohydrate.
 
Well if you take those out I'll assume there staples of yours and are already in the mix, others wise they would be in my top 5.

1) Anabolic Pump
2) Clout
3) Powerfull
4) Xtend (since its not just BCAAs)
5) Protein/BCAAS/EFAS/Multi

I believe that if you have a well-balanced meal 60-90 minutes before you start lifting, that is enough to keep you going during the workout.

Of course, BCAAs during the workout doesn't hurt if you typically don't have a PWO shake as myself, but I don't believe they are necessary.

used to think that way myself, but here's the science...

when we're working out, we have increased blood flow. blood flow is what delivers nutrients to the muscles, right? more blood to the muscles, more nutrients to the muscles. more nutrients in the body, more absorbed & distributed by blood flow to those muscles. think about it.

in fact, case can be made that pre & during is MORE important than post w/o bcaa consumption.

EXTREMELY necessary...

then you drink that hi-carb post w/o shake w/ some simple sugar content to slam home the bcaa's running around in there.

this makes for maximum growth potential w/ those ancillary supps.
 
Wow, I have never seen such blatant pimping of a product in my life.

I didn't want to buy androgenerator before, but now I will stay away from all your products.

And OP, if you have the bases covered for pre-workout, post workout, and general nutrition needs there is basically nothing you can add that would exert a noticeable effect on you besides steroids.

And yes, I'm sure more company reps will come in and say how I'm wrong and how you can try their products because they're so awesome... but use your mind :)

Thank you FINALLY someone says something, I was going insane every time I saw him post the ingredients list and that big write-up. I'm just not one to confront.

I feel like **** if I don't have my post-workout carbs after a solid workout. Definitely helps especially since I'm usually dying of hunger by the time I get home from the gym.

I don't really have a top5 list for bulking because well theres food like other people stated. I usually have a good weight gainer shake somewhere during the day.

Then if I were going to supplement, throw in some pre WO stims and creatine on top of that so I could throw plates through the roof of my gym. Cold Fusion EX seems to be the deciding factor for me.
 
save your money man, i honestly think people spend wayy wayy too much money on supplements, spend it on extra food!

Word. Food is so damn expensive in the first place. I spend over $100 a week just for myself and I am not an overly big eater like some here. I am sure there are some of you here that spend 150-200 a week.

well i know NO products wont do much but seriously this DTH stuff Deisel Test Hardcore.. can you really gain 3 lb of lean mass in a month? with only 1 lb fat gain?? how many of you guys believe that?

Once again... if you are set on a product (like you seem to be about Nettle E) then just get it. Thats one of the most exciting parts about bb'ing - YOU go and YOU find out what works best for YOUR body. Be wild, be adventurous, be a chemist... just try it if you want to. Who knows, it could end up being your most useful supplement.

YG is def HOT im currently megadosing that and man its working wonders!!
 
1/2 tablespoon rounded... Ive experimented with all the different dosages for a few weeks of each and this is working wonders for me!

Quick absorbing protein, high GI carbs for huge insulin spike :)

nice thought process, but you can do that much simpler & much more cost effective.

you're not competing for a contest, so build the foundation first, from basics (i.e. FOOD...)
 
like the enthusiasm; just temper it w/ a sound nutritional approach and add one thing at a time till you see what works.

This is what I would use, IN BULK, and then maybe throw in some of the other natural test uppers. Along with a spot on diet of course. The above mentioned other ingredients could most, if not all, be sufficed by a great diet. That much sugar sounds way too similar to some MT product.
