strength and thyrotabs

for those you have taken thyrotabs, was there any strength loss? even if i followed my current strength routine would there still be a loss of strength with proper nutrition? i have a gut that i cant seem to get rid of. it got considerably smaller while on the ketogenic diet, but lost alot of strength. im not worried about size anymore as long as i keep getiing stronger. im 6'2 235 at the moment and like i said a gut.

i was kinda thinking that but had to ask. im making some great strength gains this year but the gut is a constant problem. like i said im not concerned with size anymore and strength is very important. maybe if i did a modified ketogenic diet like only carbs pre/posdt workout with anabolic pump or pslin??

Would Gugglebolic Extreme fall under this same consequence?

No and neither would 7-OH. These are not thyroid hormones, but they to increase T3 and/or T4 production.

For the OP, if you are concerned about strength, then you need to make your cut gradual. Mild kcal deficit and some cardio along with loads of patience and dedication.

I'm genuinely not concerned about strength in my cut phase, but a concern about strength is just second nature. After two bulk cycles I went from 197lbs to 230lbs (from Spring 07 to current). I'd like to slowly bring myself back down to around 200lbs. I'm currently around 20% bf with a rough consensus between BIA, Calipers and Hydrostatic weighing.

The hardest part will be the "mild" cut in kcals, once I get into cut mode, my mentality toward food becomes very nazi like and I have a tendency to over-diet, so I'll have to work on that.

Approach it as a life-style change instead of a X# of week cut. I used to be plateaued at 185 for months until I started to approach it as a change in philosophy instead of a phase.
