Is this PCT Good enough? Havoc newbie

I will be using Havoc for the first time. Will be pulsing it 3x EOD taking 2 pills a day.

For post cycle therapy I will be using- (Post-cycle by PowerLabs )to keep the gains. Also Sustain Alpha. ( not sure of how many mg's to use for any)

Should I add Nolvaldex? or 6-oxo?:wtf:

Im pretty new at this game and need support thanks.
 
You're pulsing then. In that case, using PowerLabs Post-Cycle and PP Sustain Alpha should help ward off any unwanted sides, and help you maintain your gains. I plan on running a full cycle of Havoc and several posters, including Dsade - the man himself, suggested that I be safe and run a SERM during post cycle therapy.

Well I am on the eve of my resurrection.

BTW, what is "Post-cycle by PowerLabs"

Also, I see pulsing is the new fad. I also see people taking higher dosages less times per week. Has anyone calculated and taken the half life of these chemicals into consideration? I can imagine pulsing would be very effective for chemicals with very short half lives such as D'bol but with anything with >4 hour half life the math does not work.

It seems like a new generation these day. A far cry from the 100% open book of sledge. I dont think i have even seen anyone ask about half lives about the new designers. Best to keep to the tried and true. Most companies are keeping EVERYTHING secretive now.

Oh, and as for the Pulse cycle. Not a big proponent of it myself. The theory behind it sounds interesting, just something I wouldnt trust my own body with.

All I can say is that I am most definitley not an expert. I do know a few things though. One is that Dr D is definitely an experienced chemist and has quite a lot of practical experience with AAS. I do not take everything he states as gospel truth but I am receptive to almost everything he has to say in one way or another. It will usually lead me in a direction for research.

Another is that maintaining elevated testosterone levels, or whichever metabolites you are taking, is what truly makes you anabolic. Now if you are seeking pre& during workout energy and focus then maybe a stimulant is more you ballpark.

Yet another is that as long as there is exogenous hormones being ingested there will be suppression to one degree or another. If chemical A has a half life of 12hrs and you take 40mg @6pm, 24hrs later there will still be 10mg circulating.
 
This is what dsade told me about dosing Havoc when I was beginning my cycle a month and a half ago ... It worked well ...

and might I also add that you might want to bump up to 40mg on your 4th week ...
40mgs was a madman for me ...

Your dosing schedule is correct. There seems to be a consensus that the half-life is around 5-6 hours, so divide your doses accordingly to keep your blood levels constant. When you reach the 40mg point, you can even divide them into 3 doses (2 morning, 1 mid afternoon, 1 evening).
