I stocked up on Powerfull after reading much good about it. I started dosing a few days ago and damn you can feel it working. One of the few supps that you can actually 'feel'. The thing is the recommendation is to take 1 cap morning, 2 pre-workout, & 1 before bed. When I take 2 I feel amazing but a bit drowsy which I don't enjoy much before working out. Does this subside once your body adapts? Or maybe I should stick to 1 at a time instead?
