LOL @ People saying

Condit would be a step up from Semmy Schilt or Hong Man Choi.

Agreed. Fedor is now the Russian Minowaman, only entertaining because he's in silly freakshow matches as if he was some cheesy anime character. (Let's get Alex real riled up :stick:)

I'm basically the Cable Guy, and you're Matthew Broderick:fool2:

Above means: Cnorris is a filthy American.

"Center...........center"
haha. The scene where Jim Carrey is destroying people in pick up basketball is fvcking amazing. I tried to dunk it off some fat kids back after watching that. He wasn't too happy with the unintentional kidney kick I gave him, I couldn't get any traction off his love handle.

Wearing cleats would have helped in that situation. I think they would also add an interesting dynamic to MMA. :D

Really!?!? :jaw:

Yep.

100 at +350. I honestly think Serra wins. GSP has been known to lack confidence, and be a bit of a headcase. Not only is he fighting in his own backyard but he is fighting the guy that KO'd him last time they fought. I see him coming out... being tentative and having a similar result. He won't sub Serra and Serra is good off his back... People can talk all they want but Serra is under rated.

Where does the idea that GSP is a "headcase" come from? I've heard a lot of people say that. That's a serious question too.
He lost to Hughes the 1st time and came back and destroyed him the 2nd time. I'm sure the confidence from that helped him beat Hughes a 3rd time as well.
But as for Serra, yes he beat GSP the 1st time, but what has GSP done in his career to make you think he's not going to come back lihe he did with Hughes and steamroll Serra?
Thanks for your insight

GSP basically said he mindfvcked himself against Hughes the first time because he was so nervous. Going for a kimura when you don't even have half guard is dumb. Long time ago though. Dana White then said that backstage GSP was a nervous mess before his match with Serra. It seemed that he mindfvcked himself again.

I wouldn't bet against GSP. Mouth's dumb :D

Meh, I had to listen to Jas and CNorris yack about how "the next Hughes/GSP fight will be so different" compared to the first, only to see GSP make Matt Hughes look Busch League (catch the Anti-American pun?).

I think 'headcase' is your uneducated  way of saying he can be over-analytical, which is true, he did see a sports psychologist. That being said, he subs Serra, and I know you don't think Serra is more dangerous than GSP on the ground. His guard is overrated, and he doesn't have the strength to stuff a takedown or control GSP's posture on the ground.

I think GSP's last two fights display his evolution as a fighter. Both were dominant, but did anybody notice how he fought more intelligently? He could have came out and gone for a devastating knockout against either, but he didn't, he went for solid takedowns and controlled both the pace and direction of the fight. In my opinion, coming out and completely dominating a lauded wrestler in Kos, in wrestling, was deliberate.

All Canadian nut-huggery aside, GSP takes this in the second round via., whatever manner he chooses. Then HOPEFULLY that annoying windbag Serra will fvck off.

I said that GSP would win, Kenton (real name or just for street cred in the slam world?). I thought GSP looked a little scared to exchange with Kos on the feet. His standup is still his weakest area IMO. He'll crush Serra, of course.

I'm a big GSP fan, and I haven't seen any evidence he's a d1ck yet. He's made some PR mistakes, but so what, he's human.

My only complaint is that he needs to start throwing the flying knee. He'd be explosive as hell with it.

My only fear is that he may start fighting to win, a la Sylvia.

I like the flying knee idea, Beo, and not just for GSP, although he would be very good at it. Where's Gilbert Yvel?

He got you Kenton. Kenton=streed cred in slam world>overgrown hobbit. What do you have for me, Mullet?

Just for $hits and kick$, I went to the L.A. Fit Expo today and met Randy Couture, Keith Jardin, and the really, really short, Gary Coleman looking black guy in the IFL.. Cool people unrelevant to this thread would be Lee Priest, Chris Cormier, Flex Wheeler, Marvin Anthony, Bob Cicherillo, James "Flex" Lewis and the self glamorizing Lou Ferrigno). I was most star struck by Lee Priest, long time fan, anyhoo.

I didn't say you thought Hughes would win J-Ass, but you were flying the 'Mid West' flag hard as hell and your boy made you eat your words. And, you didn't (probably won't ) catch the Anti-American pun in what I said above.

Point is, you and Norris didn't have the balls to come out and say you thought Hughes would win, so you said "it'll be a lot different" to hide behind in case he got crushed, which he did. :stick:

A video camera to finally tape your phantom lifts, though, I suppose, this would get confused with an Al-Queda threat video given your Abu-Grabe-esque hair-do.

Kenton > Overgrown Hobbit > Syrian Hermit.

Not true. I knew Hughes would lose but I thought it would be closer than the 1st fight. GSP must have douched before the fight and got the sand out of his vagina cause he clearly came to fight that night.

And nice attempt at a pun but Busch/Budweiser is absolute piss water and I'm embarrassed that **** is produced in my country.

I missed this one, not bad. BTW, what the hell are Adrian Brody's legs doing in your av:lol:(how do you like that theivery, Ito?)

And here enters robdog a sack grappling Fedor lover. Dangling from the bean bag and holding on even tighter than Alexander.

next time just visit Gold's venice and you can jib jab with half the dudes you just mentioned without really paying for it.... well.. the one day fee, whatever that is.

I was at the expo last year and it was kind of lame.

Busch/Bud is horrible piss beer. 90% of murders have Bud cans/bottles on the scene, and 88% of statistics are made up on the spot.

Mullet, start a Snuggapocalypse. :D

Hey man, that brings up a good point; since the DL'ing Comp is over, let's have a BB'ing Comp., Interested? I have a feeling I'd come in at much better development, shape, leanness, etc.,

Mouth, I'll bet you my 150 dollars to your 50 on GSP beating Serra. Paypal?
