great workout another PR in arnolds
i decided to try the one arm barbell curl after reading on dinosaur training and found i really liked the way it made my bicep work to balance it and get it up at the same time. Lots of stablizers utilized. anyway after school this evening i will have the review done and posted

Final Review

Ok folks I made it through the whole cycle and will go through the whole time frame with you week by week and rate them according to increase in strength, pump and well being.

WEEK#1

This was I believe the third or second week back from a month layoff so i figured most of the muscle memory had taken hold at this point and would not skew the results of the supplementation. I made some good gains on strength and really had a huge benefit with my endurance at this point. I would mainly have to attribute this to the infamous placebo effect because I was pretty amped to get started. The pump effect started right around the end of this week when I did shoulders. It wasnt at its maximum by any means but it was way better than normal.

WEEK#2

Ok this is probably the best week as far as intensity goes and how much endurance I really had. Those are great to have when lifting but as everyone knows the best part is the pump.
This week by far out did anyother. I cant remember feeling a better pump on non-PH supplements. I would probably buy this stack again just to feel that pump again it was kick ass and I was sad when they went away. I loved em plain and simple.

WEEK#3

As far as general strength goes this was probably the best week and mainly in my legs. I still made descent gains in all other lifts but my legs felt like they took off during this week.
This week also reared the ugly head of lethargy. Not a whole lot but just enough to make you notice and want to take a nap for no reason. Its all good though as it was a fair trade for the strength infact it was a bargain. This is also when the pump started to trail off. It was still an excellent pump but not like the last week. Also this is when the hardening or the denseness of the muscle effect really was noticeable to me.

Well Being-5

WEEK#4 and little more

I had 2 PRs this week which says really that needs to be said. I was almost there anyway but to get break through is probably one of the better feelings you can have as a lifter.
The pump has slowed by this time but the hardness did improve and is still improving. It also seems this wekk I feel better generally about everything so that helps.

Final Thoughts
Well it has been fun and this is a great way to measure progress. My lifts increased, my weight increased and best of all my waist decreased These 2 supplements have done a lot for me as far as strength and endurance and a little size to go along real nice. I will definitely have to pick these 2 up again in the near future. I would however like to test them on both a calorie deficit and on an all out bulk. So I guess I have the next year planned out. LOL
Thanks to everyone following along and if you have any questions or comments, as always, feel free.
Thank you again
