insulin plus creatine

how dramatic would gains be if one used humalin or humalog and than had 10g of creatine monohydrate with protein and waxy maize, would it be considered the strongest creatine cocktail ever, sorry for asking so many questions i do research but some questions i need to ask. Thanks for all your wisdom guys

dont take the use of slin lightly. research. try that mix with P-slin or take chromium picolinate and some rALA.

i know how to use insulin but im just asking how much more dramatic the gains of creatine would be with insulin. I dont think anything like pslin is even anywhere near the vacinity of the power of insulin.

okay. I was just trying to make sure you did.

anyway. I have used it before and I have used it with creatinee. personally I feel any creatine that is shuttled into the muscles from insulin will only add temporary fullness.
