Pslin Question

I have been on pslin for about a week and the results have great btw. But i wanted to know if i should take my animal pak vit. after i dose pslin and eat or continue to take it after my pre pslin meal?

You can take animal pak at any time during the day, from what I understand. So I don't think you should feel pressured to take it anywhere near ur P-Slin meals.

alright thanks, thats what i thought. I wes just thinking it might be better because of the nutrient partitioning or whatever that pslin has.


and maybe a free sample??

Was good thinking, but multis are vitamins and minerals , and not many nutrients. Anything else, feel free to ask.
