preworkout dosage question....

scored NP bulk supplies for cheap. mass pump stack with cee, beta alanine, and grape extend. what should my dosages be for each. heres my plan, someone please critique it tho:
CEE = 3 grams
Arginine = 2 grams
Citruline Malate = 1 gram
Beta alanine = 2 grams
extend = 2 scoops
 
The doses for Xtend and CEE sound good. The Arginine is better around 3-4g, I use 5g. The Citrulline Malate needs to be around 5g, I don't know why so many use 1-2g, its such a waste. Beta Alanine is good around 3-4g, I try to get in 10g spread throughout the day.

i felt such a difference in my workout today. i used to think animal pump was good. but wow. felt all tingly, recovery was off the hook, busted out more reps than usual. just an amazing workout. i now can say i fully back nutra planet. minus the taste of the mass pump stack. im gonna need to come up with something. or just do a shot of everything in water. thanks for the recommendations on dosages. ill gradually bump them up as i get used to this new stack.
 
Pretty sure it's the CEE that tastes ****ty -- I've been parachuting my CEE and just putting the rest in with crystal light.
