do you need a certain bf% to use napalm?

according to the handheld bei machine, im at about 12.8% bf... im not sure how accurate that is (i can post pictures if anyone wants to guesstimate me) as i think im a bit leaner...

would napalm be effective at this bf range, or will it only produce noticable results in the sub-10% range?

thanks

It will work at any bodyfat, as long as you are in an adequate caloric deficit. It's just a little easier to see the progress when you're at a lower bodyfat.

12% is pretty good.

The BIA's have a +/- 3-5% variability, so you might have more bf, or you might have less?????

i honestly have no idea what certain bf%'s even look like... you can check this pic and see if 12.8% looks accurate. im 5'9 161lbs btw...

i wanna get rid of that fat on my stomach... about a year ago i was 140lbs, and i busted my ass to put on those 20lbs, so i dont wanna lose any of that hard earned muscle. im at a slight caloric defecit right now, and doing HIIT and that seems to be working well. i figured napalm would be a good start, im also considering x-factor just to help preserve muscle.

I'd say that you're definitely at a low enough bf to use Napalm(and easily see the results) based on that picture.

12%'ish looks about right. Solid base to start the supp with

I'm sorry if I hi jack this thread just didn't want to start another one with the same title. I am at around 17% the thing is most of my BF is located in lower pecs and lower belly, you can actually seem some definition above the belly button but beloww it is just fat. You think I would be able to notice results with napalm? (nothing else seems to work I've even bought one of those neoprene vests)

Thanks sorry about the hijack

Napalm should definitely help, E J, but keep in mind that results will be more noticeable the lower your BF. The higher your BF, the harder it is to tell that any progress is being made. Not that progress ISN'T being made, it's just harder to tell.
