AP box directions different from Threads

I was hoping that someone can help me by answering this questions...

Today is Day 1 of my AP and P-slin stack. I have read on the forums about 3-4 tabs a day 15 minutes before meals with carbs. I read on the box that the bottle came in and it says "exremely important dosing directions: For the first 7 days, take 1 cap twice daily"

Do I follow that or just go into the 3 tabs a day?

thanks

I think the instructions are meant for your system to get used to it so you don't get sick to the stomach or something. I'm on AP/Pslin and started off on (1) Pslin a day and (3) AP right away. I'm up to (4) AP a day now (and still taking 1 Pslin and everything else my stack entails). I never had a problem. "Some" people do, do you have a strong stomach?

its solely up to u...i believe they suggest two spread out through the day for the first week bc some users complain of stomach issues due to AP. As long as your not experiencing these stomach problems i see no problem with going right into 3 a day of AP cuz thats what i did.

AP/Pslin make a great combo. Eat what you should and when you're suppose to in respect to AP/Pslin's instructions and you should have a very positive experience.

AP and P-Slin make a great combo. P-Slin is recommended about 15 minutes pre-preworkout meal, or about 15 minutes pre-breakfast on non-workout days. For Anabolic Pump dosing, the AP manual might help:

All of you guys are awesome. I am very excited about these products. I have been reading up on Volcom's threads, and those are awesome gains from legal products.

One last question, how clean are your diets?

One last question, how clean are your diets?

My diet could be A LOT cleaner and a lot "better", but that's just a testimony to the efficacy of the supps. I work full time and go to school part time, so I just don't have the luxury of making my diet a premier priority at this point in time.

With that said, my diet isn't horrible. I don't eat too much crap, but my protein intake is pretty lame right now. I normally average 200 grams a day and I'm probably around 60-70g. I have to make quite the effort to make my carb requirements as is. I'm definitely hitting my pre-workout and post-workout carb/protein requirements as suggested by Pslin and AP, but I could be better about my protein intake throughout the day.

With a far less then 100% dialed in diet I still made significant gains (and still gaining).

I've been taking it 15-20 min. pre, but I'm going to start taking it at 30-45 mins. because i'm not feeling hypo or extra hungry (i'm 250 so maybe that's why). Also, what are some simple carbs? Maybe I need to add some to my complex carbs to create a spike to help the glucose get in my muscles.
