Nandrolone is an anabolic steroid commonly sold as its decanoate ester (Deca-Durabolin), thus it is often refered to as Deca.

You or your friend do not possess Deca-Durabolin...instead you possess some useless junk from the roidstore which places big ads with "confusing" language in glossy bodybuilding magazines so the gullible will believe that they are purchasing steroids.

All your friends "results" are attributable to things other then the Deca 200 sugar pill placebo he is taking.
