igf-1 lr3 been on 4 weeks started last 2 weeks of my cycle and into PCT. been ok so far i guess. i havent noticed any change in my body since the end of the cycle, i notice some decreased muscle size and strength but thats to be expected with the sucession of hormones. igf-1 could possibly be responsible for my slight increase in vascularity??? im craving carbs more then usual. im pinning 50-60mcg pwo e3d

im trying to make sure my igf is working . i have lethargy all day and i sleep like a baby. i cant tell if this is because of low test lvls from the aas or the igf-1. i also get numb hands while im sleeping.

I'm in day #3 of PCT, and I'm also a little tired.

I don't know though, IGF-1 should preserve most of your gains....

well i was on test + phera + oral turinabol to finish so i bloated quite a bit with water, but since igf i think i leaned out a little bit. i went from like 245ish to now around 235 but decently leaner, i had some wicked stretch marks on my biceps and shoulders but now they are no longer red and angry there just white and faded signifying that i shrunk or maintained.

Yeah, no matter what you'll lose a ton of water coming off AAS, but I bet with IGF-1, you'll retain way more strength than without it. Alot of people even report gaining strength during PCT.

I must say I was on Test+EQ (finished with 4 weeks of superdrol), for 20 weeks, and for the last two weeks of my cycle and first two weeks of PCT I was sick and trained once per week at best. (2 weeks no training at all). Also, I was sick and not eating enough for a little while. Although I feel less full and vascular, I have lost little if anything but water since. I must contribute this to IGF-1. I can "feel it working" I crave carbs all day and am rather tired.

I am using 10mcg EOD because I too train EOD

yea i hear ya , im not as full but vasculatiry is up and so is carb cravings, i get hungry an hour after i eat.

I'm on the AD diet with igf-1, and I don't really crave carbs. I have a carb up day, but that's on the diet. After my carbup day I'm ready to go back to the low carb / high fat days.

thats very interesting. how is it working for you?

I would imagine it would be best to get the body settled into the AD diet so it is not relying on glucose as much before starting an IGF-1 regime. Otherwise (depending on the individual, I could see some hypo risks during the transition.)

the hunger and lethargy are common and i get that with the igf1 also. I have heard numbing in the hands or carpal tunnel type feeling is a good indicator of good igf. I have had that happen to me a few times.

occasionally during the day I get a carpal tunnel-like feeling on the top of my hands and in my wrists.
