I will be starting to log both of these together once MFXMS arrives. I need help on the dosage timings though. Here is the general info...
5'9" 175-180lbs. 35 years old
Wake up at 6:30am every morning and breakfast is at 7am. I have a 40g protein shake at 9am.
Lunch is always around 11:30am
Depending on my work day, my workouts are either at 10am or 1pm.
What should my dosages and timings be for both products?
