I can only assume this means there will soon be a revival of another couple 100 page log 20 posts of wich consist of actual logging (read: ranting about how you broke an Olympic plate over your head, pissed on some guys leg who stared at you lifting too long and sexually harrassed the front desk girl by dragging your most worked "muscle" across the front table knocking over her pen cup and breaking her keyboard in half)??????

im 287lbs and pulled 575lbs on a deadlift. im not really maxing on bench. can bang out 315 for about 15
