Spring Break diet ideas...All AD/CKD creative minds wanted

K fella's....As you all know Ive been on the AD and TKD ride now for about 7 weeks. I will be leaving for spring training on Feb 28th and returning March 9th. I can't follow the TKD or AD ways while playing down in FL, it'll be impossible. I want to go back to the AD/CKD lifestyle upon returning back home.

We are assigned 2 eating time/day. Usually between 8-9am and then again between 5-6pm. Thats all were allowed for each day, we're on our own for any other food we want.

Breakfast should be easy. I'll just pile up the eggs and sausage with no carbs. But dinner is what will be hard.

What if I used 1 TBS, yes Tablespoon, of Yellow Gold before the night buffet run? I'll try to keep carbs as clean as possible, sweet potatoes, rice, oatmeal. But will indulge a little because after all it is spring BREAK. Getting about 150gr in this meal to keep me going the next day.

For snacks I'll have my tub of whey and should I pick up some EVOO down there? Im open to any suggestions for you guys to try and help me with this mess.
 
See ,thats what I was thinking at first. But do you think I'll be able to play 2 games/day in 80degree weather while on the V-Diet?

I would focus on ball for that week. Eat what you need. Scouts wanna see dat long ball. Plus, you dont wanna look sluggish during the camp. Your gonna need energy in 80 degree heat.

I love baseball too much and want to play at my highest level all the time.

thats my 2 cents.
 
Should be alright, but hard to say cause we're all different. I've never ever had a problem transitioning to low carbs.
