pslin question, very important please answer

my question is on carb up days which for me is only 3 times a week monday, wensday, and friday. Would I take Pslin only one time on those 3 carb up days before my workout or would I take pslin before each meal on my carb up days? in other words would I does pslin 1 time, 2 times or three times a day for monday, wensday, and friday? I will not be taking pslin the other 4 days becuase I only consum 50grams of carbs or less for the entire day. but on carb up days I have a lot of carbs.
 
Only take 1 Pslin cap on your carb-up days, 15 min before your pre-workout meal.. Stick with complex carbs and you'll have an amazing workout!

take it twice in this scenario before highest carb meals. Make sure you get alteast 400-600 grams of carbohydrates in the day.

perfect I just ordered the bottle 2 days ago. I will try it this way and give everyone feedback on what I see. I am trying to put on muscle and cut at the same time, so far it has worked very well.

if you outline your carb intake and meal times, I will send you the best way to use it.

yes m w f is my workout days. a little different then the normal person though. I get up at 4:30 and I am at the gym working out 30minutes later at 5:00am so I will not be able to taken in a meal before my workout. I usually rely on superpump250, sizeon, propel, and wms for my 100 grams of carbs which I drink durring the workout.

most meals after that are high fat, high protein. but If I were going to try the pslin 2 times during that day i would have to incorporate another high carb meal later in the day. what time would you recomend? that meal carb source can be fruit, nuts, rice or oatmeal.

first off break open a cap of PSlin and mix it on the WMS. Do it and do not think about and thank me later.

If you are only using 100 WMS in the morning just keep to that protocol, but if you want to switch it up, I would use it with the meal after the post workout meal.

I think Jacob was saying it's an either/or type of situation. You usually dose it before, but for a change you can dose it after. One method is slightly more focused on strength/endurance/pumps (this is dosing before) and another is more focused on recovery (after). Though both really effectively do both. Just a personal preference thing.

Let me clarify.

you have 2 choices.
1.Dump it in the WMS mix
2. use it with a meal after your workout.

to clarify I will be taking it during my workout period, I love that idea, becuase I believe like milos that you can gain size and lose fat at the same time by taking in the right supplements durring your workout.

I will let the reps respond to your question, but as for adding the P-Slin to your wms you will not be dissapointed I have been doing this for a few weeks drinking it through out my work out and it is amazing

Yes, there is benefit to that protocol and I would take the next P-SLin 7 hours later around Noon time..Will be very amazing..Keep us posted.

Quick note when dosing P-Slin..It's an amazing supplement off the back but only gets better with time. I been dosing Twice a day and around day 10, if you start feeling shaky 1 hours after 100grams of carbs it's because you need more take in about 40grams of sugars(dextrose malto etc).

I started the p-slin this morning in my shake durning my 5:00am workout. had 20grams of liquid beef amino's, 15 grams of eaa, 1 30 gram scoop of sizeon, 2 scoops of superpump 250 and, 70 grams of wms. so that was about 120 grams of carbs. drank the whole thing durning my workout and had a great pump. the stuff does work for pumps lets see if it puts some size on me.

second dose will be at 12:00 with 120grams of ezekiel 4:9 cereal with 40 grams of wpi.

my wife is trying the powerfull so it will be interested to see how that works for her.

malto would be fine but usp labs said at least 80grams to 100grams of carbs with pslin. I train extremely hard since I only lift m w f so I take 120grams of carbs, some from wms, some from glucose in sizeon and so forth. I have burn as many as 600 calories during my 1 hour weight session according to my heart rate monitor hence why I can get away with 120grams of carbs. but I feel the pslin lets me utuilze all of those carbs. so I would recomend 80grams at least since it is during your workout. your body will use all of it. just dont eat any food within 2 hours before that workout and you can consume as many as 120grams like me. I workout 5:00am in the morning no meal just my workout drink.

Thanks, I am well aware of how powerfull Pslin is, My sessions are somewhat short though so i figured 60 then an additional 40 or so post workout would be good since not all the Pslin is hitting me at once. Thanks for you input.

Good to know incase I can't get my hands on some WM. And remember to use some honey for some extra sugar/sweetness...I can't eat oatmeal without it.

BTW, when will nutra get that glycomaize?

I blend my oats for 1 minute than add my protein and chug!

For the money, WMS is over-rated but has a huge following.

what if I try supercarb instead of wms? I too dont really get that much out of wms. I like the carbs in gaspari's sizon much better but you cant take 3 servings of that so I was thinking 30grams of sizon with 50grams of supercarb and 12 grams of propel powder for my new workout drink with one cap of pslin mixed in sipped through out my 1 hour weight session at 5:00am?

oh by the way the best protein I have found mixed with this is Liquid beef amino's 20 grams, and 15 grams of EAA's.

so what do you think about taking supercarb instead of wms. supercarb is supposed to by low GI aka complex carb.

SuperCarb is an excellent choice, but during a workout you might want to go with Dextrose or Maltodextrin..much cheaper, but than again experiement with SuperCarb and report back.

price is not a problem, I dont mind spending the cash for something that works best.

How about this. 50grams of supercarb with pslin and 20grams of Liquid beef aminos, and 2 scoops of superpump250 preworkout 30minutes prior to workout all mixed together and drank all at once.

then 30 to 45 minutes later durning workout 15 grams eaa, 20 grams of liquid beef aminos, and 30 grams of gaspari sizon sipped on during workout.

do you feel that would make the pump, strength and size gain the best with PSlin?

again price is not a problem just want what works the best.

on a side note I look some of the pslin, carbs, superpump, and protein 30 minutes before my workout today, then sipped on the rest during my workout kind of like what I ask about above and the pump was something I have not had before it felt different, It felt more like my muscle was not just tight but full of water, nutrients, and blood. it felt a lot like the days a long time a go when I did test and anadrol 50 together. that is what the pump felt like today.

usp let me know how you feel about the supercarb 50 grams with pslin 30 minutes prior to workout.
 
Sorry, I am not trying to jack you thread. I was wondering if you Pslin with your pre-workout meal, do I have to use some liquid form of carbs. I was thinking of using Pslin but with this pre workout meal, bagel, banana, and some Bcaa's.

preworkout meal does not have to be liquid carbs.
 
Thanks bro's for the response. I am going to get some with my next order. I have some true protein WMS, but when ever I use it, I get head aches. I think its my blood sugar going to high. That why I want to stick with a bagel, and a banana. That has to be around 80 carbs. Mark

Yes..

Please find what works for you. WMS is pushed alot, but I'm a bigger fan of the bagel and banana. You get quick release of carbs and slow release so you instantly feel the muscle fullness after the meal, and the carbs from bagel keeps the sustain release of sugars in the body to feed the workout and keep blood sugar level...
 
Thanks bro, I really appreciate the advice. I have never been able to use Creatine with carbs, or anything with a high amount of simple carbs because my blood sugar gets really high, I get head aches, and really dizzy. Mark

In your case, you would stay away from high amount of carbs at first, but around the 3rd week, you may want to test out some high carbs and see what happens..
