What is the actual chemical in Methyl 1-D that causes it to be listed as 'Known to cause reproductive defects in the State of California' ?

I noticed Liquid Masterdrol does not have this warning.
 
Nothing. It's a stupid clean water act law that is necessary for Cali. If a company accidently dumps 10,000 bottles of M1D in the Cali water system, some women could be effected... Not too likely that is going to happen, but large companies need the warning so schlock lawyers don't sue them... (like bb.com)
