Bludevil's Swell Run (sponsored)

Thanks man, much appreciated. Also, been admiring your avi for awhile now
Sounds like a nice stack, you going to log it. I'd be interested.

Ya, I think I am going to log it actually. I've been off creatine and BA for long while now, it should be interesting to see the results. Im basically just hoping the stack helps me continue to recomp well until spring break in Padre.

Precisely! I am studying I/O Psycholgy. I am still working out my plans after graduation. I recently talked to Stryker Industries and might be doing pharmaceutical sales until grad school.

Hmm, I could probably get you a job for the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline as that's who I work for. I'm in IT though.

1/17/08 - 17th day of Swell

Due to winter weather in NC, worked from home today which means I didn't go to the gym. I did manage to get in 30 minutes of cardio. I wanted to do something, so I just started jogging in place. My daughter (age 5) turns on Hanna Montanna so me, her and my son (age 3) end up dancing for 30 minutes to Hanna. Man, I was sweating pretty good. Forgot how streneous dancing could be.

•Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops pre w/o

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: Still holding at 198. I thought I would be 197 by now but I do look leaner in the midsection.

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Well, I was able to hang with a 5 and 3 year for 30 minutes, so I guess that's pretty good.

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Energy was good today, I could have went longer as far as dancing goes, but the CD ended and my kids lost interest after 30 minutes.

• Personal Commentary: Just a side note, but I woke up this morning and took my morning dose. I then found out my daugther wasn't going to school today because of snow. My wife and I decided to stay at home and play with the kids. Well, I put Scooby Doo on for the kids and climbed back in bed with the wife. One thing led to another and all I can say is little jr. was ROCK HARD. Blood Flow was good and erection strength was solid. Was a nice side-effect of Swell.

1/18/08 - 18th day of Swell

Basketball for 1.5 hours

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 197.5 this morning

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Endurance was ok today. I started out with a bang but by the 3rd game (30 - 40 minutes in) I was starting to tire. I was still 50/75%, which was good because everyone else was tiring too.

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Energy throughout the day has been good, but basketball specific, got tired after 30-40 minutes of play.

• Personal Commentary: Nothing really to report, except were expected to get more snow tomorrow. We don't get a lot in the heart of NC, so kind of excited to go out in the snow and play with the kids.

Alright!!! We passed the Hanna Montana test:head:

Snow in NC has been coming down a lot as of late. Hope everything clears up so you can get back to work.:D

1/21/08 - 21st day of Swell

Not much to report. 19th and 20th were off days.
I'm working from home today, so I'm not heading to the gym but I do have a ball game tonight. So I'm planning on that being my workout for today. I'll post the results tomorrow.

1/22/08 - 22nd day of Swell

Routine: Back & Tri's
3 sets of 5 Lat Pulldown superset with Weighted Dips (2 minute rest)
3 sets of 10 Bent Over Rows superset with Overhead DB extension(90 seconds rest)
3 sets of 15 Reverse Pec Dec superset with Rope pushdowns (60 second rest)

No cardio, busy day.

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: Strength was good. No problem getting desired reps, but it's hard to judge your strength when starting a new routine. I'll have something to compare it against next week.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 194 this morning

• Pumps/Vascularity: Had an awesome pump in my tri's

• Endurance: Endurance was good today, but did have do a rest pause set on my last superset of 15 reps. I think it had more to do with lactic acid buildup and the burn more than endurance though.

• Focus: Good

• Overall Energy: Overall energy throughout the day was good. Was productive in and out of the gym today. Nice...

• Personal Commentary: We won our ball game last night. Didn't run as much as I would have liked because my team got up by a big lead. Once we were up by 20, the coach pulled all of the starters and let the reserves play for most of the game. I probably got a good half in (which is 20 minutes).

1/23/08 - 23nd day of Swell

Routine: Shoulders
3 sets of 5 Military Press superset with DB Lateral Raises
3 sets of 10 DB Upright Rows superset with DB Shrugs
3 sets of 15 Cable front rows

Again, extremely busy day at work, so no cardio. Today's routine was fast paced. I was in and out in 20 minutes. All rest times were reduced so I could get in and out of the gym as fast as possible.

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: Strength was really good today. Figured #'s would drop because of decreased rest intervals, but was able to hit all #'s.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 196 this morning. Think my battery in my scale is going bad. I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 199.5, then I stepped off and back on and it said 196.

• Pumps/Vascularity: Shoulders got an awesome pump.

• Endurance: Probably the best day so far regarding endurance and hitting the weights. Pushed myself to the limit with rest intervals, and made it.

• Focus: Excellent

• Overall Energy: Lately, my energy has been really good. Not just in the gym, but throughout the day.

• Personal Commentary: Hopefully work will slow down some later this week or early next week.

1/24/08 - 24th day of Swell

Chest & Bi's
3 sets of 5 - BB Bench Press superset BB Curls
3 sets of 10 - Incline DB Press superset with Preacher Curls
3 sets of 15 - Cable Xovers superset with Cable Curls

Still no cardio

•Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops pre w/o

• Strength: Strength was pretty good today. I'm maintaining my strength while losing weight. I'm pleased so far.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: didn't weigh so I'll say 196

• Pumps/Vascularity: Bi's were exploding after workout. Veins running across biceps are starting to show as well.

• Endurance: Again, limited on time in the gym due to busy work schedule. Had to get in and out, so I reduced rest intervals on all sets and still hit all #'s.

• Focus: Focus was great today.

• Overall Energy: Again, another day of great energy throughout the day.

• Personal Commentary: Don't know if it's the cumulitave effects of Swell, the weight loss, the diet or what, but I've been feeling like a million bucks lately.

1/25/08 - 25th day of Swell

Basketball for 1.5 hours

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 197.5 this morning

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: For some reason, I was a little sluggish today. I ran fine, but just couldn't kick it into high gear.

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Energy has been good, not sure why I coudn't take it up a notch playing ball. Usually by the 15 to 20 minute mark everybody slows down a step or two and that's when I try to push it. While I did push it, I had no overdrive.

• Personal Commentary: Nothing new except dissapointed that my weight jumped up. Not sure why as my diet's been spot on.

Maybe a little water?? I know if I eat a can of tuna and dont get an extra liter of water in me I'll usually be a .5-1.0lbs heavier in the am.

1/26/08 - 26th day of Swell

Cardio for 45 minutes

•Dosage: 1 scoops morning and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 195 this morning

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Endurance was good today. Was able to go at a pretty high intensity for the entire length of cardio session.

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Energy still off the charts.

• Personal Commentary: Pleased to see the weight drop back to normal, but hope it stays and it's just not water loss from basketball.

1/28/08 - 28th day of Swell

Back & Bi's
3 sets of 5 - Sumo DL superset DB Curls
3 sets of 10 - Chin Ups superset with Preacher Curls (forearms and bi's felt like they were going to xplode after this)
3 sets of 15 - bent over reverse db fly superset with concentration curls

10 minutes of LI cardio. Have a bball game tonight as well.

•Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops pre basketball

• Strength: Strength seems to be maintaining or even increasing in some lifts even though I'm dieting.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: Didn't weigh

• Pumps/Vascularity: Forearms and Bi's were hurting they were pumped so much.

• Endurance: In the gym, it was good, but real test comes tonight.

• Focus: Focus was great today.

• Overall Energy:

• Personal Commentary: Everyting is going good today. Looking forward to tonights game.

1/29/08 - 29th day of Swell

Routine: Shoulders
3 sets of 5 Military Press superset with DB Lateral Raises
3 sets of 10 DB Upright Rows superset with DB Shrugs
3 sets of 15 Cable front rows superset with 20 reps of sit-ups

In training class all day so no carido

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: #'s went up from last shoulder workout.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 195 this morning.

• Pumps/Vascularity: Shoulders got an awesome pump.

• Endurance: Great, was able to up the weight and keep the rest intervals the same.

• Focus: Again, superb. Mind was solely on the weights.

• Overall Energy: Still on high.

• Personal Commentary: Won the basketball game last night. The other team was pretty poor, I think we beat them by close to 50 points. I have a 5 year old daughter that plays ball, and I think her team could have played better. As far as endurance, we had 9 players last night. The guys on my team would sub everyone out except me. So it seems other people are noticing I'm not giving out as much as everyone else.

1/30/08 - 30th day of Swell

Cardio - 35 minutes on treadmill

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 196

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Still on high

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Energy still rocking

• Personal Commentary: When I usually hop on the treadmill, I just click manual and enter the speed and incline. Today I chose the Fat Loss routine and it was pretty good. The goal was to keep my heart rate at 121. So I pretty much stayed at a speed of 3.5 and an incline of 10 - 11 for the entire time. It was nice, I'll probably do this from now on.

The comment on the other team made me laugh.

Great to see others are taking note of your anti-fatigue mutant powers.:D

The comment on the other team made me laugh.

Yeah, they were so bad, I felt guilty when my team scored because we we're ahead by so much. With about 5 minutes left to go in the game I was telling everybody just hold the ball and not try to score. Honestly, it wasn't even fun because of the lack of competition.

1/31/08 - 31th day of Swell

Chest & Bi's
3 sets of 5 - BB Bench Press superset Weighted Dips
3 sets of 10 - Incline DB Press superset with DB Overhead Press
3 sets of 15 - Cable Xovers superset with Pushdowns

•Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops post w/o

• Strength: Strength was ok. I increased the weight on all tri exercises but had to do rest pause on the last set of most of the tri's to complete the sets.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: still holding at 196. I think I'm going to drop calories by about 200, cause I've been sticking at 196 for about 2 weeks now.

• Pumps/Vascularity: Honestly, it's been a long time since my tri's were as pumped as they were today.

• Endurance: Endurance was good, had another meeting I had to go to after my workout, so I was in and out of the gym in 30 minutes.

• Focus: Focus was great today.

• Overall Energy: Still good

• Personal Commentary: Been reading up on the Velocity Diet. I think I may give it a go after basketball season is over with.

As have I. I think I might give it a try after baseball season.

From some of the posts I've read, it seems to work but I still worry about strength decrease. Sounds like a great diet to lead into the summer time. My idea is to run a 2 week Velocity Diet, then probably Carb Cycle for about 8 weeks then finish up with 2 more weeks on Velocity before hitting the beach for the summer.

2/1/08 - 32nd day of Swell

Basketball for 1.5 hours

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 195 this morning

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Endurance was probably the best today since I've started taking Swell.

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Still on par

• Personal Commentary: Since playing bball for the last couple of months, I could tell I wasn't in the best of shape endurance wise but today I seemed to have turned the corner. I finally felt like I had my legs under me, and was able to go strong the entire game.

2/4/08 - 35th day of Swell

Decided to switch things up in the gym today and did the high rep exercises first and the low rep last. Definately made it harder at the end trying hit the higher poundages.

Chest & Bi's
3 sets of 15 - Cable Xovers superset with Machine Curls
3 sets of 10 - Incline BB Press superset with Standing DB Curls
3 sets of 5 - DB Bench Press superset Preacher Curls

10 minutes of cardio on treadmill plus bball game tonight.

•Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops pre w/o

• Strength: Strength was ok today, but the low rep/high weight was pretty diffucult today due to switching things around.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 195

• Pumps/Vascularity: Had a planned carb-up meal (clean) last night and I could really tell a difference in the gym. Had veins exploding out of my arms. Chest was looking pumped too.

• Endurance: Endurance was on par in the gym. Looking forward to tonights game to see how it goes.

• Focus: Focus was great today.

• Overall Energy: I believe the Poseidon complex within Swell works wonderfully. I've been in a good/positive mood since taking this stuff.

• Personal Commentary: Wasn't it nice to see the Pats go down last night. Overall, a really good superbowl.

2/05/08 - 36th day of Swell

Routine: Shoulders
3 sets of 5 Military Press superset with DB Lateral Raises
3 sets of 10 DB Upright Rows superset with DB Shrugs
3 sets of 15 Cable front rows superset with 20 reps of sit-ups

15 minutes of cardio on treadmill - fat burn mode

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: #'s went up from last shoulder workout.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 196 this morning.

• Pumps/Vascularity: Pump was good but not as noticeble as last shoulder workout.

• Endurance: On par with other days which is higher than normal.

• Focus: Nice

• Overall Energy: Throughout the day, energy has been good, but didn't have as much drive today as I've had in prior days.

• Personal Commentary: Won game last night. We were only up by 3 points at half-time but ended up winning by over 20 points. Our team likes to run, and in 2nd half the other team started getting tired and that's when we pulled ahead.

2/7/08 - 38th day of Swell

Routine: Back & Tri's

Decided to swich high rep and low rep exercises around.
3 sets of 15 - Bent Over Reverse Flys superset with DB Kickbacks
3 sets of 10 - Bent Over BB Rows superset with DB Overhead Press
3 sets of 5 - Weighted Pullups superset with CG Bench Press

15 minutes of cardio on tready

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: Strength seemed to be on the rise today. Hit all #'s and confident I could have went higher.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: Not sure what weight is. Home scale (a digital scale, says 196 in the morning), the scale at the gym (a true scale) in mid-afternoon says 193.

• Pumps/Vascularity: Back Pump was nice. Back had that nice tight feeling.

• Endurance: Endurance was good today, hit all #'s at given rest intervals and felt like I still had some left in the tank.

• Focus: Good

• Overall Energy: Energy still at high.

• Personal Commentary: Had my body fat% taken today on the tanita scales. I'm at 12.1% BF. In November I was at 17% so I'm making nice steady decline. Overall goal is to hover around 9 - 10% and just stay their.

Not fair, Bludevils Swell is lasting waaaaay longer than my Blast did. I want a re-vote!!!!

lol. Maybe I shouldn't have been such a stim junkie huh?

I think the bottle says 60 servings. For the 1st week I also only took half dosage so I could access tolerance to the BA. From the looks of my bottle, I probably have about a week left.

I started at 2 and quickly worked my way up to 4/day. Couldn't help it. It worked to well, lol.

2/08/08 - 39th day of Swell

Basketball for 1.5 hours

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 193

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Simply amazing today. Definately the best day endurance wise in a long time. I didn't stop running the entire time of playing.

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Energy was awesome. I honestly feel and played like I did when I was in my mid-20s today. I felt like I couldn't tire out. Runners high the entire time.

• Personal Commentary: Hoping the way things went today basketball wise carries over into my Monday night game. Again, after 1.5 hours of playing my legs never got heavy, I never got out of breath, and felt like I could play even longer but work got in the way.

2/11/08 - 42nd day of Swell

Chest & Bi's
3 sets of 5 - BB Bench Press superset BB Curls
3 sets of 10 - Incline DB Press superset with Preacher Curls
3 sets of 15 - Cable Xovers superset with Cable Curls

Cardio-basketball game tonight

•Dosage: 2 scoops at breakfast and 2 scoops pre basketball

• Strength: Strength was pretty good today. Went up in weight on all bi exercises.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: was 193 saturday

• Pumps/Vascularity: Super pumped today. Getting to a lower bf%, planned carb-up last night and addition of Swell makes for a very nice veiny/pumped look during a workout.

• Endurance: A+

• Focus: Focus was good but not as noticeable as before. Just came out of a 4 hour meeting before working out, so I think I was mentally drained.

• Overall Energy: Other than the brain fog, energy has been good.

• Personal Commentary: Nothing really, looking forward to tonights game.

2/12/08 - 43rd day of Swell

Routine: Shoulders
3 sets of 5 DB Push Press superset with DB Front Raise
3 sets of 10 Machine Lateral Raise superset with Cable Side Raises superset with situps
3 sets of 15 seated db shrugs superset with sit-ups
15 minutes on tready at 3.2 speed and 10 incline

•Dosage: 2 scoops breakfast and 2 scoops pre w/o

• Strength: #'s went up from last shoulder workout.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: Haven't weighed so I'm guessing 193

• Pumps/Vascularity: Shoulders got an awesome pump.

• Endurance: Great, was able to up the weight and keep the rest intervals the same.

• Focus: Better than yesterday but still not high as it was.

• Overall Energy: Still going strong

• Personal Commentary: Won the basketball game last night. Again, not much of a contest. We got up by 25 or 30 early so we pretty much set it on cruise control from halftime on.

Sounds like your team is just too good man. Your always stomping your opponents by 20-30 points, try letting your bench play a little more.:D

Great log BD.

To be honest, it's not because of me that we're winning. We do have the best post player in the league. He played division-1 basketball and football in college, so he's a natural athlete. We pretty much run our entire offense around him. He sets up in the post, we pass into him, and he either shoots or somebody on the team cuts to the basket and he passes off for a layup. He also almost always grabs the defensive rebounds, so we have our guards break to our goals when the defensive team shoots, he grabs the board and throws a long pass for an easy layup.
I usually score around 10-12 points just from the other team double and triple teaming him down low. What ever side he's on, I cut to the basket on the opposite side and get an easy layup.

2/13/08 - 44th day of Swell

Cardio for 40 minutes on tready at 3.2 speed and 10 incline

•Dosage: 2 scoops morning and 2 scoops pre w/o

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 193

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Felt good the whole cardio session. Got me a magazine and the 40 minutes flew by.

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Energy still on high

• Personal Commentary: Soaked after the cardio session, but not tired at all.

For some reason I'm picturing the newly aquired shaquille and the suns offense. Looks like it would work something like this, but yeah when you have a dominate big man it makes the game a little easier.

2/14/08 - 45th day of Swell

Routine: Back & Tri's

3 sets of 5 - Lat Pulldowns superset with Weighted Dips
3 sets of 15 - Face Pulls superset with Cable Pushdowns
3 sets of 10 - Bent Over BB Rows superset with Skull Crushers

15 minutes of cardio on tready

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops pre w/o

• Strength: Energy/Drive wasn't their today for some reason, but was able to increase in weight on all exercises.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: N/A

• Pumps/Vascularity: Tri's were pumped after skull crushers.

• Endurance: Not as good as previous workouts.

• Focus: Focus just wasn't their today. I think it's contributed to lack of sleep last night.

• Overall Energy: Not good today. Felt sluggish all day.

• Personal Commentary: Think all of my issues can be attributed to lack of sleep last night. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

2/15/08 - 46th day of Swell

Basketball for 1.5 hours

•Dosage: 2 scoops pre w/o and 2 scoops afternoon

• Strength: N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 190.5 this morning

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Endurance was ok but I was extememly tired for some reason. I woke up sluggish this morning and just can't seem to snap out of it. I was extremely slow on the court today, but luckily after about an hour of playing I actually felt better and seemed to pick it up.

• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Again, just didn't have it today for some reason. I woke up sluggish and had a headache. I kept the headache until midway of playing ball which is when I started feeling a little better.

• Personal Commentary: Although I consume carbs, their on the lower side. I would say I keep it under 50 - 100 grams a day. Don't know if this is low enough to go into ketosis, but that's what I feel like. Looking forward to my carb up this weekend.

Judging by your activity level, I'd say that it would be easy for you to get into ketosis. FYI, I enjoy running 7mi about 4X a week and consume about 4-5 servings of fruits everyday. I get around 150-160gr of carbs a day as a rough estimate. Had blood work done as part of a new job health screen and came back as ketosis +2. What's those carbs BD.

Thanks for the info. My carbs are mainly whole oats and veggies. I have a 1/2 cup of oats in the morning and 1/2 cup post w/o. That's pretty much it except for 4 servings of veggies a day.

2/19/08 - 49th day of Swell

Chest & Bi's
3 sets of 5 - DB Bench Press superset Preacher Curls
3 sets of 10 - Incline BB Press superset with Standing DB Curls
3 sets of 15 - Cable Xovers superset with Machine Curls

15 minutes of cardio on stair climber plus bball game tonight.

•Dosage: 1 scoops at breakfast, 1 scoops pre w/o, and 1 scoop pre bball game.

• Strength: Strenght was on par today.

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 190.5

• Pumps/Vascularity: Veins popping out nicely in arms and shoulder area.

• Endurance: Endurance seems to be getting a little better.

• Focus: Focus was ok but not super.

• Overall Energy: Energy wise, feeling pretty good.

• Personal Commentary: Still hanging in their. My past few Dr. visits I've had high blood pressure. I didn't think much about it, but my wife is going back to school for nursing. She's started taking my blood pressure and it's averaging in the 140's for systolic( as high as 156). Diastolic is usually pretty good (80 or under). I went to the Dr. today to get blood drawn for a test. I have a feeling my iron is to high. I thought my vitamins I've been taking we're iron free, but found out they have 50% of my daily allowance. So I've dropped them, and I'm going to stop my Swell intake until I get my tests back to see the results. I don't think Swell has anything to do with my hypertension, but I just want to drop all of my supplements to see if any affect my blood pressure.
Also, I've changed my diet a little bit. I'm adding more fruits, and whole grains now for fiber.

2/20/08 - 46th day of Swell

Cardio on tready for 45 minutes

•Dosage: none - N/A

• Bodyweight/Body Comp: 191 this morning

• Pumps/Vascularity: N/A

• Endurance: Endurance was back on track today. Felt good on the tready. Worked up a nice sweat.
• Focus: N/A

• Overall Energy: Energy seems to be increasing more. I'm guessing this is from my new diet where I'm consuming more fruits and whole grains and some skim milk to try and lower blood pressure.

• Personal Commentary: Overall, feeling back to normal. Looking forward to getting my test results back next week. Will fill you guys in on what I find.
Also, I only have like 1 or 2 days worth of Swell left, so I'll be giving my final review at the end of this week.

Swell Final Review

Again, would like to thank prld2gr8ns and Nimbus Nutrition for the opportunity to test out Swell. I'll rate from a scale of 1 - 10 how I felt Swell affected me and my workouts, endurance etc...

6/10 Strength - Since Swell isn't really directed for strength gains, I wasn't expecting it to do anything in this department. I will say that I've lost 8lbs while running Swell (198 to 190) and my strength hasn't dropped any. I relate this to the increased oxygen delivery to muscles, protein synthesis and increased muscle recovery properties of Swell.

7/10 Bodyweight/Body Comp - Again, I dropped 8lbs while running Swell. While I think my diet played the biggest role in this aspect, I believe Swell assisted in the weight-room and cardio. It helped me push a little harder in the gym and with that a few extra calories burnt.

8/10 Pumps & Vascularity - OK, now we're getting into areas where Swell directly attributed. While I didn't notice a whole lot in pumps at the beginning, after about 10-14 days, the pumps started getting prevalent. By midway through the bottle to the end of the run pumps were intense and veins were popping out of my arms and shoulders. For higher rep exercises (10 reps or up) pumps were almost painful (but in a good way :head:).

6.5/10 Focus - This was good but not great. For me it seemed to be on/off. Some days it was awesome and some days I just wanted to talk and watch tv instead of working out. This could be just my mentality for the day, but it's what I experienced.

10/10 Endurance - By far the best aspect of Swell. I'm 34 years old playing ball with guys in college and mid 20's. Actually I'm the oldest guy on the team, but at the end of the game, besides one other guy on the team (who's 19 and runs like a deer) we were the only ones that seemed to still have our legs under us. We both are running just as strong up and down the floor at the end of the game as the beginning. I'm very pleased with this property of Swell.

9/10 Energy - Another great property of Swell. This runs a close second to the endurance factor. Swell didn't give me ephedrine type energy but a nice mental & physical lift perse. It was very sublte but noticeble. Didn't have any jitters or anything like that, but had the urge to just get up and do something.

8.5/10 Mood - Really like this part of Swell too. I think it went hand in hand with the energy aspect. It kept me in a good mood all day. I'm more of an introvert naturally and keep to myself, but I noticed I was more open to speaking with strangers and just being in a cheerful mood.

One last thing I forgot to note. I believe it boosts your immune system as well. I have a 5 year old daughter who is constantly bringing home a new sickness. Usually she gives it to my wife and my wife gives it to me. It's just a constant rotation at our house, but while on Swell, I made it through 3 rounds of colds and didn't catch any of them.

Overall I really enjoyed my Swell experience. I think it would benefit anyone looking for better endurance. So, would I buy Swell again, Yes I would. I would purchase it while I'm trying to cut because I seem to get a little cranky with low carbs and Swell kept me in a good mood. Plus I really loved the extra energy and endurance it gave me in the gym. I would also recommend Swell for anyone participating in sporting activities as the endurance is outstanding.
