well im 22, 5'8" about 183lbs or so, 10-11% bf. i work out around 5 days a week, not any particular days but they arent set everyday. i do what works well with lifting take a little here and there from other lifters. as of now i dont do any cardio, just trying to gain a some mass. past supps- sp250, animal cuts, 17hd, v12, protein, sustanon/deca/dball cycle a year last nov. should of did more research, could of had more gains but quite after 4 weeks, only have my cycle. i just started hurtin. now i just started taking ap, supercissus, powerfull, flaxseed, multi, and v12 untill i get another creatine.
