Woot! Arrived today and couldn't resist getting the party started with a serve of Swell.
Now it's time to see what these babies can do and start the logs here and BB.
Just wanted to get a few tips from those in the know. What I want to do is use Blast at work, when I get up from crappy sleep after nightshift and during gymnastic ring / hard training sessions.
Swell will be my only real staple but I may add in a few serves of Poseidon for sleep etc. I am going to focus on the armstrong chinup program, planche and handstands until I get a 25 1 set max for chins, and can do a free standing handstand pushup ( at present it is the balance that is the problem ).
When this is achieved I will add in some creatine to the mix and work for the one armed chin, clapping handstand pushups, and various excercises on the beastskills site.
Ambitious yes but I think it is achievable. The premise is to test Swell which will hopefully allow me better recovery and endurance to practice and progress more quickly. I have logged my workouts for the last few months so gauging results should be easy.
Stay tuned everyone....
