I hate posting N.O. X-plode questions. but couldnt find this.

I've normally heard to cycle it one month on one off, which is what i've been doing. but on the back of the bottle i saw you can go for 12 weeks with a month off after that? Has anyone done this, or recommend it?
 
BSN recommends you do that so they may profit off of the product. I recommend you try something less expensive and with a better ingredient profile.

Personally, I don't like taking caffeine for 3 months on end (I prefer caffeine free formulations), and yes - I also think that there are a number of better products. I wouldn't really go for 3 months continuous, without SOME break from the stimulant effects.

Hmm good point.... I'm actually now thinking about just dropping the N.O. Xplode cuz the energy isn't really having the same impact that it used to have... What u guys think about dropping that and adding something like Xtend and a creatine product?

SMASH is a pre-work out mix that does not have to be cycled. I, although, recommend that one should always take a break from every supplement at some point.

XTEND is completely different. You can sip that while you work out for beneficial results.

The two will stack well together.

Hmmm i'm really liking the sounds of SMASH. How should i cycle that. And should that be complimented with Xtend?
