Some help with supplements

I use to lift regularly for about 3 years and then stopped for about the last year. (have been doing workouts every now and then) I am getting back into lifting 3-4 times a week and would like some advice with some supplements. I have only ever taked whey protein. I would like a pre-workout drink and then something else to help build muscle and recoup...Any help would be appreciated!
 
Swell by Nimbus Nutrition is like the answer to all these.. imo

Also, add in some bulk creatine from NP as well.. And I do believe, my good sir, that you should be set.

Thanks for the support.... By the way, There is a new and very much improved Flavoring for Swell and Blast coming in about 10 days. When it is available at NP we will post an update.
