Hello guys and gals,
Recently did a first cycle with IGF, pinning 40mcg (split bilaterally), every day for about 20 days. I pinned mainly my delts and legs (quads and hams). Saw very good results, increased strength gains, increased mass (which has a delayed result as the muscles mature, which I believe I am still reaping now 1.5 months later), increased pumps (almost unbearable sometimes), increased vascularity (I definitely GREW some veins, now one or two stand out down along the sides of my torso and much more across my shoulders and biceps).
I did not notice much fat loss, but then again I do not have very much fat to begin with (pretty lean 155 pounds).
Now, I am thinking about doing another cycle, but this time I will do 40mcg, 3 times a week for about 6-7 weeks.
My reasoning for this is that after the end of the cycle, I noticed the "IGF pump" and other effects (increased vascularity and strength) persisted for a solid 3 days after coming off it. It is my opinion that my IGF levels were very much elevated 48-72 hours after the last shot, so I figure this compound stays active long enough to justify breaking up the doses.
I lift 3 times a week (full body), so I will alternate immediately after workout shooting quads, hams, and chest (also I am probably going to shoot ~10mcg into my left shoulder since it is lagging from a very old injury).
My goal with this cycle is to put on 10 pounds of lean muscle mass in the month and a half (I know, its a lot! but, I am determined!).
Now, to the point of this post (sorry for the long intro!). After the last IGF cycle, I noticed a 'rebound' effect, I gained a few lbs of fat and my strength dropped off somewhat noticeably (my strength gains stalled for about 3 weeks). I believe this is because IGF is involved in a negative feedback loop with GH and shooting so much IGF stalled out my natural GH production.
In order to 'kickstart' GH after using IGF (and for other benefits, mainly appetite stimulation), I am going to run GHRP-6 immediately after ending this upcoming IGF cycle. I believe I may overlap it one week in order to reap benefits from increased calories from the ghrelin stimulation from GHRP-6 in combination with IGF's anabolic effects.
This time around I know much more about my body and will be running it with a 4k calorie diet (my maintenance is around probably 3,000) and 250g of protein, spread out throughout the day (and night, since last time on IGF, I had to wake up in the middle of the night to feed my muscles).
What do ya'll think about this?
Has anybody done this? (I believe I saw a member posting about this a while ago).
Any feedback would be very much appreciated.
