For those taking in 4000 k or more how many carbs per meal?

How many carbs are you eating per meal?

Im doign 65. Im thinking of bumping them up to 100 per meal.

*on a side note* Ill be using yellow gold Starting Jan 20th.

I take in about 450-500 g carbs each day. About 50-100 geach meal, depending.

yea i eat about 110 with breakfast and about 60 per meal until 8pm where i eat about 45-50 but all from veggies and beans etc.

I was eating 500-600 gr/day. 100gr with breakfast/pre/post shake/post workout meal. Then between 40-50 for the other meals 2-3.

Eat more at the beginning , maybe one hundred per meal

Than taper down.

pretty much. I would say carb sources make a difference too. for instance oats vs veggies and beans. Hence why I eat the latter for my meals after 8pm
