Day 5:
Monday's are always the worst for me. But today I woke up much easier. Carbs are less than 20 a day right now, but you'd never know it.
I may go 12 days, or 10 before my first carb up. I'm dreading the day that I crash. I almost want to take it to 12 days before a carb up, then start the 6 days on/ 1 day off. The carb day on I will keep clean for now.
How long does it take for you to adjust to the point where you can drop your fats on the 'ON' days. Since your body is fat adjusted, dropping your fat intake will force your body to switch to your fat reserves as fuel. I'd liek to take advantage of this as fast as possible.[/QUOTE]
This is a misconception. Whatever the body has in superfluous amounts it will get rid of. Once adapted to the diet, fat begats fat (contrary to popular belief).
You must have read the thread incorrectly because you certainly don't want to count fiber towards your daily carb intake. If your goal is fat loss keep the fiber up, it does not impact blood sugar and it will keep you regular.
Since youre on anabolic steroids I take it you can tolerate some serious caloric surplus. What are you currently running? And you are right this diet is perfect for AAS users. Since you are on I would make sure you keep the protein intake up.
Protein intake is way up, no worries there. But then again, should it be higher than the fat intake? I'm ensuring that my fat intake is higher than my protein intake, but not 60 F, 30 F. It's more like 50-55 F, and 40 P.
AAS aside, I want to make sure I do things right. I need to get the ebook or pdf of the anabolic diet, but in the mean time, I need to make sure I'm doing things correctly.
Do you think I should go a full 12 days or only 10? I read a post in that t-nation thread that said 5 days was enough to adjust, but I have enough will power to go 100 if I have to. I can really do anything. I mean I would pretty much do anything at this point, that's how high my motivation is, and it won't go away either.
Right now I'm cruising on 500 mg Test-e a week, and I have planned to run Havoc with the last week of Test-e, and the following 2 weeks as the Test-e leaves the body. After this I'm running hardcore PCT w/ IGF-1, post cycle support, diesel test, restore 2, formestane, torem + nolva (the first week), and torem the last 3.
I'd like to stay on this diet through PCT if possible, and of course much longer, like forever if it works for me. It seems the higher sat fat count from cheeses and creams could do PCT well by boosting test levels quick.
